Good place to stay

Room service not available. New building is great. Good location. Serves morning breakfast which was not that great for taste. For Indians the Indian restaurant is nearby (walking distance) which serves great food. Shopping mall and metro station is just next to the Hotel Princesa Plaza Madrid and other attractions are also close by. Airport transfers is not provided by Hotel Princesa Plaza Madrid but we didn't had any problem as metro was closeby.

Location is good and located at centre of city. Limited service available with long queue at reception. Rooms are clean and big by european standards. No swimming pool in Hotel Princesa Plaza Madrid as it was swimming pool for exercise. But gym is good and breakfast is also nice.

The location is a big plus for the Hotel Princesa Plaza Madrid. However, the service isn't great. There is no room service even for delivery of water post 11 pm. The rooms are average at best. It is nowhere close to the courtyard marriott experience.
