    Decent rooms but not for foodies

    - rooms are quite spacious. - pool available. - good option considering the cost to other properties around this area (not suitable if you are looking for a beach side. - toiletries provided are ayurvedic and smells great. - quiet and secluded place. - yoga and meditation sessions available (but for a cost. - there is ayurveda spa available onsite, but it’s expensive : 60 usd for a 75 minute session. Other options available based on doctor (onsite) consultation which is additional 30 usd (apart for the treatment you choose. Cons- - breakfast is not on buffet, there are 6-7 items available, and you have to select only 1. The second item will be charged. So even if they say breakfast is complimentary, it’s not true. Plus the portion size of each dish is just about enough, but only if you eat small portions or if willing to control your calorie intake. Taste wise the dishes were just average. - found hard to communicate with the staff. - rooms don’t have any latches on inside. You always have to lock the doors with the key (no key card available. - there are no tea or coffee sachet provided in the room. - as per the instructions shared with us - if you want to get your room cleaned, please drop the keys at the reception. But needless they will clean your room, even if you don’t drop your keys. - surprisingly they cleaned the room, but didn’t bother to pick up the empty coffee mugs or plates. - water bottles are not packaged ones, rather are filled only on request. So even if the existing bottle is empty, they won’t bother to refill it, rather we need to call them to send water bottle. - the property location is approx 850-900 meters from the main road, and in the nights some parts are pitch dark, and you definitely need a torch if you plan to walk. We didn’t find it safe walking as there were lot of street dogs, so ended up spending money on tuktuk.
