Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon

Located in central Hikkaduwa, surrounded by a number of restaurants, pubs and supermarkets at walking distance. It has its own amazing Private Beach home to some large friendly turtles making it a great amusement specially with kids and families. The place also caters for the young at heart who want try adventures like scuba diving. The in house dive for you dive center is a PADI recognised 5 star dive center. It's a perfect place to get certified in all five courses or to just try a fun dive. It has a very supportive team managed By Mr. Darshana. Team consists of highly experienced PADI instructors like Chanu. We did our open water diving certification here and the dive for you team made it look so comfortable for us. All of this in one place and the best part is the extremely courteous and always helpful staff of the Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon. Wanna make a special mention about the always smiling Asanka who even though was a trainee at the front desk, but did manage his position better than many experienced staff from other Hikka Tranz by Cinnamons we have experienced all across the globe. In total, I will highly recommend Hikkatranz for families as well as singles. It has a little something for everyone. Keep it up.

The best part of the Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon is it is right on the beach. We got the best room of the Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon from where we could see the beach right from our terrace. It was the best stay in Sri Lanka and we wouldn't mind extending our stay. The Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon looks exactly like it in shown in the picture and it was a paradise. We loved our stay there and would highly recommend spending at least 2 days here as we regret not being able to extend our stay.

We loved the room. It spacious and has a wonderful balcony that overlooks the swimming pool and ocean. The stay was great except for the staff which we thought was rude. They were not very helpful or hospitable. We were woken up by this call from the reception at 2 am, asking us about some weird noise that was coming out of some balcony in the Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon. That wasn't a pleasant experience at all.

Hikkaduwa is A little Piece of paradise and The Hikka TRANZ by Cinamon Hotel is a little Pearl on that beach there. Walk on the streets up and down check out the local flavour or walk on the beach till the sun goes down Great location, Plenty to do by the ocean or absolutely nothing by the pool. The Galle Forte at sunset amazing Restaurant- Refresh, JLH, recommend Plenty more - discover for your self.

Great Location but the Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon seems to be short staffed. The spa services were very good. Good hearty breakfast with hot hoppers being made. The property seems a little old but superb location and view from the room.

We stayed in Hikka Tranz for 3 days and had a great time. The Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon is exactly on the beach, which means that you can hit the ocean in less than a minute. Pool is great, clean and well maintained. We had a great time staying at Hikka Tranz. They don't have a lot of options for vegetarian food but whatever they have, suffices.

So the highlight of our stay really isn't the Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon. More of its location. The reef right behind makes for an awesome snorkelling session for first timers and not to forget the amazing experience of watching turtles! We had a great time here and surely do recommend to everyone!

Hotel was comfortable, good location, next to beach, neat and clean just a small drive to Bentota another beach destination which was Good also Galle is 30 mins away so visited the Dutch fort, Japanese peace Pagoda which was Great. Gave a satisfactory feeling of the stay.

Amazing property, very well located and well maintained. The corals and beach are right by the pool area making it perfect. Rooms are wonderful too - very spacious and well done. We were two girls travelling alone and cery happy with the property and safety.

We had been there for our honeymoon. Very good place with good ambience as well they serve good sea food. The railway station is close by as well lots of activities are carried out at this Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon. Must visit place

Had a great time at the Hikka Tranz. All the properties of Cinnamon are at great location and have excellent service. Food is great too. Little more vegetarian options will make it great for people who don't eat meat or dairy.

The resort is an excellent stay for all kinds of groups. Really enjoyed staying here and the rooms and services are excellent. The staff is helpful and courteous. We travelled in a girls group and enjoyed to the fullest.

Everything was great except they keep me waiting too long during check-in and check-out also the food was not all that great.

The location is right on the beach. It was a beautiful experience with great hospitality.

We spent only one night there, which we regret as the Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon deserves more than that. View from the rooms was awesome. Would look forward to visiting the resort again.

I think this is one of the best properties to stay in Hikkaduwa. It has good Sea facing rooms. We got upgraded to a suite which was amazing.

Amazing property, super clean swimming pool, very scenic private Beach, turtles at Beach was fun to watch and fishes for snorkeling. Ambience was awesome for drinks and dinner. Overall we enjoyed our stay at fullest.

Excellent location and well maintained property. Food wasn't the best, just average. The breakfast buffet spread decent though. Right on the Beach and well connected. Will definitely recommend fir future travelers.
