Need more light in room and plug point need kids play area and activity center food and drinks expensive compared to other similar Earls Regent Hotel water is limited to 2 bottles of 1/2 litre and extra is very expensive.
Room need more light. Hotel have no play area for any activity. Food is OK, have limited indian vegetarian options to survive.

Overall very good stay, lavishly spread breakfast buffet and dinner buffet. All amenities available inside Earls Regent Hotel. Big size rooms and we'll equipped. Smooth check-in and check-out. In restaurant, chief chef would like to feel you comfortable and food. Surely recommend to all.

This is an excellent Earls Regent Hotel with awesome staff. I would like to visit again and stay there for more days.
They have only a few veg options in lunch menu but whatever we have asked them to cook they prepared nicely and provided us the quality and tasty food.

The ambiance and staff is very good, but the services are very poor and no proper coordination for the necessity of the guests. The location is fantastic and even the rooms are good. Despite giving brief suggestion the room wasn't accommodated accordingly.

The Earls Regent Hotel is new and has a great location with a friendly staff and great food, what else can you ask for. But if you have to eat at a local restaurant outside of the Earls Regent Hotel there are none close by.

Rooms were nice, tidy and spacious. Staff was always cheerful and happily welcomed and greeted us. Nice decoration and food was top class. Reasonably priced with variety of continental, Sri Lankan, Chinese and Mongolian.

Earls Regent is a sure bet for anyone who visits Kandy. The view is amazing with a lovely pool and serene Hills from the balcony. Dinner buffet was tasty and wide variety of food. Staffs were helpful and supportive.
Located about 4 km away from kandy city center in a quiet, green valley. Rooms and restaurant was very hygienic. Linen in room was spotless clean. Staff was courteous. Breakfast spread was very good.

The Earls Regent Hotel have enough parking space and resting space for my accompanying driver and guide. I could also get a glimpse of some grand sri lankan wedding n receptions happening at the Earls Regent Hotel.
