The location of the hotel was nice with a good view from the rooms balcony, the hotel food was also very good.

Nice location with lake view rooms. Rooms are good but the air conditioning needs some improvement. Staff is little slow. Food quality needs improvement as there are very less vegetarian options and taste is also not good. If one is looking for a stay having good ambience and scenic view, it's definitely recommended

Kandy is like nainital of north india. A lake is the center of the town. The hotel is within walking distance of the lake. The lake view rooms are actually hardly lake view. The breakfast spread is good

It is very good property to stay in kandy. Some amenities were missing and not functional in the room. Buffet spread can be better.

Stayed for 2 nights. Check in and check out was smooth and the team was kind enough to give us an upgrade for one day. Location is excellent. Rooms are average and not maintained enough. Room service is slow. For breakfast too spread is thin and there too, service is slow

Overall stay in radisson kandy was pretty pleasant and comfortable. Room was very clean and presentable. Had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and the dining hall was spacious and the food was tasty with a variety of dishes. Roof top restaurants have a good variety of dishes with swimming pool and very view of skyline with visible kandy lake, buddha temples, mountains etc. Staff was very pleasant and ready to help for any requirements. Only was the availability of drinking water. Supplied only 2 bottles of 500 ml each and water cooler/ dispenser not available and guest had to buy additional water bottles at very high cost (compared to market rate. Hotel management can have a look at an issue of availability of drinking water. Otherwise the overall hotel stay was pleasant/ satisfying.

The hotel room was not ready on arrival; had to wait. Had to ask for basic necessities like towels, creamer etc.

Beautiful hotel, Radisson always lives up to its name. It’s a little up the hill, so if you plan for a walk wear comfortable shoes. The location of the breakfast area was also good with a variety of spread, but a glass barricade would have given more justice to the kandy hills view.

Hospitality is the core of any organisation in the service industry. This place, whomever we had to encounter, acted like they don't belong to that place. No sense of responsibility and commitment. They seemed like working just to gain experience. Food was terrible. The chefs found behind the corners looked like just graduated and cluless. Must be cost cutting initiatives. Very disappointed. I ignored the rating while making the booking because of the brand value. I learned a hard way.

The bed was made of metal, and was not comfortable at all, and they made us roam here and there for our booking and made us make a second booking
