DoubleTree by Hilton Bangkok Ploenchit

The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. However, the concierge staff were not very helpful and actually seemed happy in seeing my predicament on the last night of stay when a few items I had ordered were not delivered at the promised time and I could not reach the merchants concerned. If they could not help me, the least they could do was hide that smirk on their faces, indicating that I had made a fool of myself in trusting the merchants. However, I had the last laugh when the goods were delivered, albeit late! Overall, the experience with the DoubleTree by Hilton Bangkok Ploenchit was quite satisfactory, with its central location, clean and nice room and excellent food.

Majestic Grande has one of the Best Locations in Bangkok. Suvarnabhumi Airport is just 30 minutes drive from the Majestic Grande Hotel. Front Desk Staff of the Majestic Grande Hotel was very Polite and Helpful. They helped in every manner they could. Food was amazing and the best part was that you can get the Indian Food right in the Hotel as they have "Kabab Factory" on the Ground Floor. Overall we spent a wonderful time and would love to book the Majestic Grande Hotel again whenever we would fly to Thailand!

We had visited the DoubleTree by Hilton Bangkok Ploenchit and it does live up to our expectation. The overall experience makes you feel having value for money. The only problem is food. They serve breakfast but hardly something which Indians can eat. The food itinerary definitely required improvement. I would suggest stay here and eat somewhere else. There are many places around which can help you get food of your preference.

Our second stay at the lovely DoubleTree by Hilton Bangkok Ploenchit, we were not disappointed at all, the staff and cleanliness of the rooms were excellent, one must try out their Indian restaurant the kebab factory at least once during your stay as we found the food of very high standards. Overall great stay and right choice in case you wish to stay and experience the hustle and bustle of Bangkok city.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Bangkok Ploenchit is located in a very nice place with close proximity to all shopping points, also has few Indian restaurants nearby for Indian tourist. Food served in the DoubleTree by Hilton Bangkok Ploenchit restaurant needs improvement, too few options for Indian over breakfast. Otherwise good value of money DoubleTree by Hilton Bangkok Ploenchit.

Nice time spent in this DoubleTree by Hilton Bangkok Ploenchit. Staff was warm always. Location is at Nanas which makes it accessible to all the pubs and disks. Complimentary breakfast was outstanding. Hotel is safe also, clean and value for money. It gives a lavish feeling. You can use swimming pool, gym, sauna bath Jacuzzi bath etc. Nice time. Well recommended for everyone.

Hotel is at really good location, near by markets, plaza, metro and sky train location are really close, staff was really help full room was clear and beautiful view out side. Very nice atmosphere in DoubleTree by Hilton Bangkok Ploenchit. You will find Indian restaurant in lobby are. Really nice facilities and quick response to your requirements.

Great location right at Nana plaza. Mostly within 10 minutes walk. Metro too at walking distance. Very courteous staff. Excellent breakfast along the pool. Rooms are clean and practical. Not among the best in luxury class but very workable. Bedding are comfortable. Definitely recommend because of great value and practicality.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Bangkok Ploenchit is silently located near the entertainment hubs of Bangkok. The rooms are spacious, clean and well stuffed with all your requirements. The rooms have great view. The recreational facilities on the 7th floor is well maintained. The Kebab Factory restaurant provides good Indian food.

Food was good. Stay was short for us, we hardly stayed in the DoubleTree by Hilton Bangkok Ploenchit. We asked for smoking room but they provided us non smoking one. I even asked for iron board but did not get that.
Water that they provided was not good at all and the refrigerator cooling was not satisfactory.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Bangkok Ploenchit is absolutely amazing. It's location is right in the centre with walking distance to Nana Plaza and shopping centres. It is Guest Friendly for solo travellers. It has amazing swimming pool and an even better Gym. The food is tasty and the staff very friendly.

Very good location, nice and clean DoubleTree by Hilton Bangkok Ploenchit room, nice staffs especially front office, good housekeeping and nice food.

The choice of welcome drink served in the lobby where you get to choose from a choice of cocktails or mocktails was very nice. Also liked the rooms, the size of the rooms was very good, not cramped, the view from the room was also very nice. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Good. Value for money. The location is very good and near to malls and shopping centers. Transportation is easily available from DoubleTree by Hilton Bangkok Ploenchit to other areas and vice versa. The facilities provided are excellent but they should allow more guest in a single room.

24 hours service I like it, some staff is very bad.
Some people is good and some people is very bad behaviour but give me room not good looking outside I hope next time when I visit give me better outside looking.

Every thing was good and perfect. Breakfast could have been better. No Indian menu was there. Staff were cordial and sincere with their duty and performance. Location is also a big plus point with the DoubleTree by Hilton Bangkok Ploenchit.

Hotel is certainly located. Easy to access BTS. If you travel by own vehicle or taxi this area is too much traffic. Walking distance to BTS and all major attractions surrounding areas. Good rooms and clean.

Beautiful DoubleTree by Hilton Bangkok Ploenchit. Good location, close to nightlife and a 2 min walk to the Skytrain station. Helpful staff, they will try to help you in every possible way. Try to get the breakfast included in your room tariff, it is worth it.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Bangkok Ploenchit hospitality is really very good. They maintained the cleanliness within the DoubleTree by Hilton Bangkok Ploenchit. The have separate Indian food corner. We enjoyed their breakfast. They have everything in their breakfast menu.

First and foremost thing, I give cent percent for hospitality extended by front office. Location is excellent. Breakfast is marvellous. It is really continental. I being pure vegetarian, I cannot expect more than what is offered. It may be little expensive but true value for money.
