Yet calm surrounding s away from any noise hygiene: no comments, all clean and good food: very very limited breakfast menu for a Maitria Hotel Sukhumvit 18, A Chatrium Collection of this range. Haven't tried lunch/dinner there are restaurants nearby in-case one wants to try other options which all close the kitchen by 10 pm courteous staff, well maintained property. Will surely recommend to my folks.

It is situated near the buts and mart which makes it easy to travel to tourist places and attractions. Terminal 21 which has the pier 21 food court in a walkable distance.

We stayed for 4 days in one of the 1bhk rooms. Well equipped, and good house keeping staff! however the smell of smoke cannot be ignored from the lobby to the room, and inside the room as well. So if the smoke smell bothers you, then probably not the right place for you. Super convenient walk to the buts ashok, and so cowboy.

I reached early in the morning, receptionist was really cordial to me, staffs are cooperative, rooms clean, free cokes, drinking water available, no charge for that. Attached kitchen was there, nice wardrobe, good Reading area, with sofa as well

Hotel is situated in main Sukhumvit area, very accessible by train. Lots of food and massage options within walking distance. Rooms are clean and tidy. Staff is courteous.

Close to asoke station, many place to eat surrounding Maitria Hotel Sukhumvit 18, A Chatrium Collection. Quite safe to stay. Not so many to select breakfasts, but enough.
