Our family stayed in the family connecting room and it was wonderful. They cleaned and provided necessities everyday. The view was amazing from the 26th floor. The rooms were spacious. The beds were huge and comfortable. It was a perfect stay

Hotel located near to shopping malls. Rooms are big and good but hotel is congested and doesn't has any open area. Also no indian food in breakfast

It was overalls comfortable home away from home. Did not click pics of the hotel. Breakfast needs to improve as in no indian iterms on the menu we're there

The hotel room is big and beautiful. City a view from balcony. Staff is very cooperative. Veg food is not available for vegetarian but that can be available from near by indian restaurants.

Not at all satisfied with the hotel. It was not clean. Room was not upto our expectation, even the bed was not comfortable. Bathroom was just so so. The room was so noisy, we could hear traffic movement and sirens whole night. We were booked for three nights but checked out next day, and our money got wasted as didn't get any refund.

I did not had food my plan was without breakfast so i don’t have any idea about food the rooms where big as compared to most hotels in bangkok the main thing of this hotel is it’s location bang opposite platinum mall ideal location to stay near pratunam excellent service and high in hygiene i would recommend all shopaholic people to stay here bcoz of its close proximity and huge rooms amazing property the staff was so helpful would definitely visit again

We had been with family. It was an excellent stay overall. Big rooms were basic kitchen cutlery and fridge and oven provided. Very courteous staff. The breakfast option was majorly the same for Indian breakfast but otherwise huge variety. Overall an amazing trip and the hotel is bang opp to the Platinum mall and on the market and easily connected to the metro station as well.

Great Hotel, Super helpful so I and the breakfast buffet was bountiful.

Staff at reception was arrogant and not welcoming at all. Rooms are very spacious but dated. Only staff who always wore a smile were the doormen, security staff and luggage guys
