    Poor hotel, even they dont hqve basic amenities like tissue paper, hand towels, dust bin also they not clean 4-5 days, shower have leakage, when i tell all this at reception, just clear this mess, they didnt replied, i know ye indian k hotel sirf location ki wajah se chal re hai, other wise ye kali bhi flop the aaj bhi flop hai, cheapo sardar kahi k,

    Centrally located in Pratunam in a bylane Good Clean rooms good staff only issue are the air conditioning which are preset to 24 *cel which is a major concern in cooling the room down in summer

    I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. I checked in before time and staff was very soft spoken and the room was well prepared with water, toiletries and other things in place. Although the hotel is located in a crowded place but its good to be surrounded by lot of indian restaurants.

    It was a worst stay of my entire life travels. They no have gym. They set room ac tempretuure on 23. 24. Hot water not coming in bathroom what circus is this.

    I stayed in th hotel's new building on th 7th floor. Wifi not working or extremely slow throughout th stay of 3 days. Th lobby of th new building was full of scattered luggage. Room & bathroom were ok for th daily room charges

    If shopping at pratunam is your priority then it’s okay to stay at this hotel because you will mainly be spending time at shopping so it’s good to prefer this property. Don’t expect anything about the service as the service is 0. They don’t even give you plate, cup, spoon if you want to have something and need one. Just a clean room of average size with all big areas near by is the only usp.
