They didn't provide hot water for bath. For 2days they gave some reason of technical issue but it didn't get resolved.

Their staying is very good but for indians their restaurant service is not that good they don’t have many options in food. Only thai.

Nice location and clean, hygiene hotel with best amenities. Room size is awesome. They had given extra two beds which is perfect fit for family. Also indian food was added advantage in breakfast buffet.

Great facilities, breakfast and swimming pool. The location is a little away (500m) from main road but services, room conditions and food rate is good. But do not forget to call them if you are coming late, else they would simply ask you to shift you to other hotel

Good rooms with all amenities one needs, only the intercom was not working which made the service experience a bit sour, overall worth it for the price you pay.

I travel-led with my family and had a nice experience at this hotel. Very good hospitality and friendly reception staff. They were polite in addressing our requests. Also provided an attractive discount to extend our check-out time by few hours.

They behave poorly with indian people and don’t even greet them properly and don’t listen the queries properly. Cleaned our room daily for first 2-3 days and then after that just flipped the blankets, no proper cleaning. Had to call daily for room cleaning and bed making. Plus they behave nicely with other foreigner’s but definitely not with indians. Breakfast was very limited for indians with no taste in food. Whole restraint staff was very rude and even the receptionist was rude. I had a terrible experience here and i will never book any branch of golden tulip again in my life.

Excellent service!! Had it not been for the prompt service rendered by the hotel in sending my bag to me in the airport on such short notice, I would have certainly lost it. Kudos to the reception team, especially Miss Meili, for their swift response 🙌🤞

Hotel rooms are good but indian food is not up to mark they should maintain the indian cook because many indian suffer and don't like the food
