Location is the heart of sukhumvit. Access to all services - food shopping is very helpful. Old hotel bit rooms are spacious. Cannot expect any kind of concierge. Can expect clean towels and sheets.

Hotel's location is very good. Very near to nana square and all happening places. Budget stay. Quite old construction.

Hotel is inside the night life area i. E. Just in between so 3/4 many indian mughlai and thai restaurant nearby. Hotel staff is very cooperative and helpful, rooms are big and with all amenities shown in the site. Location is 5. Daily housekeeping. Reception staff nun g is very helpful. I recommend this hotel strongly.

As all times it was amazing experience with the hotel and its facility given to guest and the more wonderful experience is the booking as promised by mm t company they gave me suite room and the stay was super comfortable with good price. Thanks to team make my trip keep it up always.

This is the prime area of sukumvit. Very nearer to nana plaza hotel and also to soicowboy. We enjoyed a lot. Hotel staff are nice.

It's terrible. I have given OK rate for only location, apart from it nothing is good about this hotel. Don't book this Hotel.

It's very clean Hotel in front of nana square nearby many indian restaurants, good transportation in front of hotel you can find metro, bike taxi etc.

Very good room great location but Indian restaurants nearby are very costly also some hotels charge extra 10% service charge. Hotel Grand Inn has a very co pre time and friendly staff who always ready to help the guests.

Pathetic rooms . Was given a rickety bed and the walls were all dirty . Looked and felt like a dump . Flush didn’t work properly and despite complaining no respite from the problem . The Air conditioning was a joke . Took forever to cool the room . Despite booking a double bedroom, I was given a room with 2 single beds. Upon requesting for my preference, was told they were booked . Why accept the booking when you can’t deliver. And to make things worse, it was my base for 5 nights . Paid for in advance . MMT !!! Please do not show rooms that you can’t give guarantees for A disgruntled customer .

This is my 4th time stay at Grand Inn, Location was excellent, Everything near by, Good room size and staff is excellent. Many Indian restaurant near by but I don't recommend as almost every restaurant near by is very expensive. I recommend to try Thai food, There is small restaurant on back side of Grand inn, which offer nice Thai food.
