    I opened the make my trip app and booked the room for nova 16th. The app froze and when it refreshed, it changed the date to 01st oct. So congratulations, the app scammed me.

    On the entry there was no help desk to guide the hotel entry, no bell boy during check in and check out, no iron in the room, no other room accessories like bathroom slippers, no tea and coffee in the room, no one is able to speak or understand english.

    You get what you pay for. The continental breakfast was good, however they don’t provide any help with the luggage, which is a downer considering the fact that we were living on the 15th floor

    Hotel was nice and comfortable but a little old and a bit far from the market. However, the stay was comfortable, good and spacious room and the environment of that hotel was also good

    Not more said, good meet room, enough space, good bathroom, always hot water, toiletries.

    I'm very comfortable. Very near chatuchak market & Don Meaung airport. Excellent service. Good food. Vegetarian will have a problem, very little choice in vegetarian.

    We reached the hotel, but the reception could no confirm our booking made at Makemytrip. Com portal. Please look into it as all the facilities were not instantly available. The staff was good & the price of all the dishes was reasonable. Service was average and the overall ambience was good. The location was far from shopping centres & BTS, the view from the rooms was nice.
