Room bathroom is very small with doors are broken unable to open, room walls have shrinkage doesn’t worth the money they charge for

Worst hotel in my lif

When i first reached the hotel they refused to give me the room. They said the hotel is full. It's the first time after booking with full payment i am facing this kind of issue. After lots of fights they gave me a non ac room. I have to stay because that place all the hotel was full. I had no choice

Very bad service. No toilet tissue paper and no water bottle was available in hotel room. Room ac was in very bad condition it takes ages to get cool. Very loud music from fynn club and you cannot sleep until l music stops(around 4 morning.

I gave 1 star because of the hotel's position as it is on khaosan road but the rooms are so dirty that when i came at night i saw so many big cockroaches in my room all over in cabinet, floor, bed toooo. And there is also no cleaning service, so the room remains untidy

No service staff, no housekeeping, no receptionist available 24 hours. I am not happy in this hotel. The hotel is not clean. No mirror in bath roo.

It’s a very poorly arranged hotel i am very clearly unsatisfied with your stay i just done my check in and escaped from the hotel with the same hour the review and rating is manipulated i think

We booked the hotel, which is right on the Khaosan Road walking street. The night stroll in that road is awesome. Hotel staff was courteous and welcoming. Overall a pretty good stay. Highly recommended.

room 405 1. bathroom shower 🚿 knob cannot turn on/off it’s broken on the wall 🚱 2. balcony very dirty 🧹 3. back of bathroom door rotting 🚪 🦠 4. cockroaches in bathroom and room 5.bed 🛌 and brown old bedsheet falling off.

the property is in the main road but ter is no proper board to recognize u hav to ask 100 ppl & only few knew ter is a hotel coming to the receptionist They don't even know hw to check in I myself checked mail in system & showed them booking I'd room are the worst ter is nothing called as resort & spa it's like a very local lodge no proper lock for the dorr no lift no balcony nobody feels like going to washroom if u see tat washroom it's too dirty & stinky it's a very old building not even renovated no paint for the walls ter was powder of bed on the floor mattress is not even low quality may be 30 years old balcony is one way ter is no view from balcony it's just some old godown to see tv not workingno water wil come in the sink I didn't even feel lik sitting at tat place I cancelled the stay & re located to other place I dono how Tey call it as resort & spa
