Hotel review - average stay with some disappointments i recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall average experience. The location is great, offering easy access to nearby attractions, and the rooftop swimming pool is a highlight, well-maintained and a nice spot to unwind. The room itself was of average size, and having a kitchenette was a definite plus for added convenience. However, there were several aspects that were disappointing. One major issue was the breakfast. Despite paying extra for this service, i was disappointed to find there were no vegetarian indian options available. When i inquired with the receptionist, she was unable to provide any clarity or assistance, stating that it was a different department and she had no information. This lack of responsibility and communication was frustrating, especially considering the additional cost for breakfast. Another issue was with the room cleanliness and maintenance. There were used items left in the room, such as slippers, which had not been replaced or cleaned properly. Even after informing the staff, these were not addressed during my stay, which was quite off-putting. Overall, the hotel has potential with its good location, rooftop pool, and kitchenette facilities. However, the lack of attention to detail and poor customer service during my stay left me feeling disappointed. I hope they improve these areas in the future.

We recently stayed at lohas hotel in bangkok and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, which made for a relaxing and pleasant stay. The location was convenient for exploring bangkok, with easy access to key areas in the city. We’d definitely recommend lohas hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay in bangkok, whether it’s for business or leisure. We would happily return on our next trip!

Amenities were good, room was clean and tidy but the staff were honestly so hostile. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and uncooperative.

It’s an apartment residence with different categories of rooms, in day 1 i had an early check in so the kind and really good front desk gave me an upgrade and early check in at a decent rate so i took it, has a restaurant below with breakfast and beverages. Right on the corner of so 4 you can walk up the street and hit nana on one side or the over bridge to soi 11 on the main road. Very peaceful and lovely stay, great housekeeping and very kind and informed staff, will stay again soon. Thanks and god bless.

Centrally located and excellent place to stay. We could easily move around and they have a pick and drop services to a taxi stand as well. Seven eleven store is near by for any petty needs. Swimming pool at the top is also well maintained. Definitely recommended. I travel-led with my 2 year old kid and their kitchennet did help us a lot. Kudos

Location was perfect. It was relatively quieter in a busy area near entertainment complex. Access to both soi 2 & 4 from hotel lobby was gr8. Bts station in less than a km walking distance. Ideal for family, business travellers. 7/11 is close and room has kitchen facilities. Hence did not get breakfast at hotel. Rooms were clean, bed was very neat and comfy, staff were polite and friendly. Overall great stay.

Spacious and clean rooms, cooperative staff, super quick check in. Located in the centre of sukhumvit, but decently away from the loud music and sounds of the nearby locality. They have a complimentary cab service to nearest bus stop. Very good experience
