Stay was wonderful. The staff were on point and the breakfast spread was great. The rooms were very clean and the free ferry service was a boon.

Amazing property, just a minute walk to iconsiam. Amazing hospitality. Definitely coming back. The rooftop bar gives a 360 view of the city.

Never got the deposit back

The hotel asked for a token value of 2000 baht, which is approximately 5500 inr during checkin and told that this will get refunded after checkout. Its been more than a month and its still not credited back. Worst part is i've followed up with the hotel multiple times but they pretend to not know english or just asks to wait or tells that it'll be processed soon. I did not expect this kind of behaviour from a 5 start hotel.

Great stay with spectacular view

This hilt-on property comes with a beautiful view of chao phraya river. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The only thing i didn't like is their pickup services. Every nearby hotel was providing ferry services for the guest but hilton's ferry service was not operational. Because of this, we had to walk all the way from iconsiam ferry point to hotel. We had breakfast included in our room package. The breakfast was too good they had many varieties in the menu and we loved the lemonade a lot. We tried so many things in the breakfast and the experience was too good. Swimming pool is on the top floor however it's small and the view is also hindered by the railings.

This property is just mind blowing with the lake , sky high buildings, Siam shopping mall just next to the hotel adds even more spl. The best out of all in Bangkok city I would say the stay was so pleasure and their foods are just Tastier the hotel will be in my memories forever and I will come back soon 🤍😎
