Location is good. Breakfast is good
we had requested for room change which they did. So that was good
we requested to replace the kettle thrice but no one came. I had to myself go and get it replaced. And that too was leaking. Concierge is friendly.

The hotel rooms did not have proper lighting to do make up. There was no view or balcony, hotel staff too was a bit rude.

Good property, good spacious rooms right in the middle of the city, very helpful & courteous staff ) the rooftop bar needs a little upgrade though in order to make it more happening

Third grade hotel and service !

We had booked 2 rooms that they checked us in. We were guided to building 3 and it is like a graveyard. Isolated section of hotel that probably they don't wanna maintain. Room was stinking so badly, it was difficult to even stand in the room. My daughter asked for extra blanket, it took nearly 30 minutes for them to send and that too torn one ! look at this hotel culture, when she asked again, the operator was rude and arguing with her stating they don't have additional blanket hence can't send. Corner of bed is designed so badly, i hit that few times and it looked like it will fracture my leg. Absolute nonsense and i never recommend such hotel. I doubt credibility of mm t now who is pushing customers to such properties. Ridiculous part is there is no intercom instrument on the side of bed. You have to get up and use it on a tv counter

It was good the hotel was clean and clean and the food was good and the restaurant was clean so we had a good meal and then the hotel was open and

It was a pleasant stay. Breakfast could be improved. Services are excellent. Access to building 3 is confusing. Property should hire english speaking staff.

Water was clogging in washbasin, landline phone was not working, specified no ham to be added to pasta, still we received pasta with ham. Finally had to cancel order as it was too late for dinner. Lift was stinky. Most of staff at reception had no smile on face while dealing with guests

The location n breakfast was lovely. The staff was helpful & welcoming. The rooms are too small and there’s hardly any space to move around. There are few indian restaurants nearby and shopping was all in a radius of 3 km so it was worth the while.

The hotel ultimate. It’s beautifully made. Rooms are very clean and well kept. The staff is very humble and helpful. I’ve stayed at many places but nothing matches to the hospitality that you get here.

Good hotel great staff good rooms only indian food could be better and facilities like swimming pool and other facilities are at other floor and rooms are in other floor it’s good location for who loves night life i would still say people who are travel-ling with family could find better option then this at this price over all good stay
