The location was just amazing. Everything was within walking distance. Rooms are well kept and super clean. The staff is very courteous. The shuttle to near by areas is a boon. I m definitely coming back to this place.

This property is displayed as 5* on mmt. A very incorrect mention by mmt. I would hardly rate it as 3. A little interior with hardly any amenities n a small property compared to grand mercure atrium where i was staying earlier.

Waiting in lobby long time to processing for booking. Management is very poor, while we were eating we asked for a signature if we wanted to have breakfast. Its horrible this service quality like 2 star

I had booked a silver king room and requested for non-smoking room. I was assigned a smoking room on the 3 rd floor in the building across the road. I informed the front desk and they assigned me a non-smoking room on 9th floor. The basic sanitary kit (tooth brush, tooth paste, shaving kit etc) was missing in the bathroom. I was already carrying my sanitary kit so didn't bother to make an issue of it. The location of the hotel is good. The surrounding is calm and peaceful. The room was clean. The food at breakfast buffet was good. The housekeeping staff and bell-boy are kind and courteous. There was only one lady at the front desk during check out who was busy handling an irate European customer. Since, I was getting late, I had to move to the main building across the road with my luggage to complete the formalities of check-out.
