Absolutely exceptional stay. The hotel is perfectly located in nana area of bangkok. The staff, ambience and service is very good. Had a room with an exceptional view so for me it was 10/10. Highly recommend.

The lifts firstly are very slow. Location is good in the center. Indian food is terrible except the dal tadka and rajma rice. Breakfast is very limited.

The stay at click hotel biz was comfortable. The food quality was excellent and the staff courteous. The hotel is closet o kempegowda bengaluru international airport. Only problem is it is far from other places like eating joints etc. The stay at novotel sukhamvit 4, bangkok was comfortable. It is highly appreciable that they have taken environment as a prime concernand are already started acting on the same in a big way. There are some problems. 1. There is no lobby in the hotel for waiting. So the staff straight way asked us to keep luggage and come back at 2 p. M. 2. The hotel took a refundable deposit of tbh 1000, even-though full amount was paid in advance. 3. There is a shortage of staff at the hotel. 4. No welcome drink 5. Even at the time of check out it took sometime as the housekeeping staff rechecks the room and thereafter check out is done.

Great location for people looking to have party, 100m from nana plaza. Multiple indian restaurant and even indian clubs are around.

The stay was okay but the way your representatives handled the booking was terrible. Even after the payment the booking was not confirmed and i was stranded outside hotel for more than 2 hours

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming, and the check-in was smooth. My room was clean and well-appointed, with great views. The [mention any standout feature, like a pool or restaurant] was excellent. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring thailand. Highly recommend for anyone visiting thailand

Location is easily accessible from nana buts by foot 6mins. Also they provide free shuttle service to nana bts. It surrounded with bustling restaurants, pubs and convenience store(7/11)

It's an okay hotel that can at best be rated as a 3 and half star hotel. It's crying for renovation as carpets in the room and corridors are worn out. There's just one restaurant at the hotel with a rather limited menu. The staff at the reservation desk aren't very polite either. The only saving grace of the hotel is it's location which is just a stones throw away from all the night life, massage parlors and restaurants.

The hotel is right in the center of nana plaza which makes it very difficult for cabs to reach the hotel as there is alot of traffic. Apart from that hotel uses 2 names for the same property and club it with ibis styles which is a 3 star hotel. I found the front desk to be little but uncooperative and not so polite.

Hotel is good, staff is also good and polite, met one of the chef mr. Tony serves his delicious food for breakfast.
