Everything about the hotel is almost perfect. The location is close enough to public transport and is located close to a lot of fantastic restaurants. It also has two 7/11's in it's proximity. The breakfast is satisfactory and there's something for everyone although if you're a vegetarian, you may have to double check. The non vegetarian options were very well done though. Two things that were weird 1. There is no place to keep the body wash and shampoo in the shower. There is a weird ledge that's a little higher than what it should be where i kept the body wash and shampoo. 2. They take an absurd amount of time to bring water to your room. Once, they didn't even show up. Otherwise, they're extremely responsive over phone/email/front desk. The experience has been almost stellar. This is a quality property and i'd love to stay here again regardless of these quirks.

Staying at Novotel was a wonderful experience for our family! From the start, the staff made us feel welcomed and took care of all our needs. The family-friendly amenities like the pool, kids' play area, and special menu options made it so easy to keep everyone happy and entertained. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and it was perfect for a family. The location was also fantastic, close to everything we wanted to see, which made getting around stress-free. Thank you for making our family vacation so memorable – we look forward to coming back!

I stay-es with my family the room was nice near and clean. Overall had a good time. Only the problem is food for indians there is nothing in breakfast menu for indians.

It was a fantastic experience staying in this property as it is centrally located in the area of sukhimvit. It has a fantastic pool and spacious rooms. Staff is very courteous and indian food options are available around the property.

We had confirmed 2 king sized beds on mmt, the hotel informed us they did not have that type of room and we should take it up with the agent. Mmt should at-least have their database updated. And when we wanted to contact mmt, the m biz section did not even have a direct phone to call, they had a 1800 no to call from, which is impossible to call from abroad. Absolutely rubbish service from mmt. About the property, novotel living despite having over 50% indians staying had no chef who understood basic vegetarian food. The breakfast was super disappointing. Rooms were average otherwise, location one should prefer soy 20 or 22 in sukhumvit for better connectivity and food options. The mexican restaurant which is under the hotel has terrible and rude staff, and very bad service and overpriced. Avoid at all costs! alternative better options to stay include the rembrandt hotel which is super service and better restaurants within the hotel and better priced.

It was the best stay for my family trip, recommend everyone to book this hotel every time, very friendly staff, good foods, pool with slide was wonderful, i wish i could stay more with my family but in my trip i have already plan and booked 3 night bangkok, 3 night pattaya, 3 night phuket.
