Staff are good and friendly but about stay there is no soap, no shampoo, no slipper and bed have legs moves it self and wifi slow have to connect always

Totally wastage of time here how many time say to cleaning then they clean the room for one day stay is okay but more then that they just annoying you. Don’t book this hotel for many days can’t clean room.

i have to enter hotel at night and in next night my flight was there. But mistakenly i booked for wrong dates, i requested them to modify dates, but they denied. Then i asked them for current day booking, they charged me for that 5 hours. Service not upto the mark, room was ok. The hotel is 9 km away from bk k airport, overnight taxi is accessible. 7 eleven store is just opposite of hotel.

The man at the reception at night time is very rude and unhelpful. Rooms are ok but they will not allow to stay even 1 hour after check out time.
