We stayed here for two days. The building was very old and there is no room service. We were given in the lowest floor though most of the rooms in the upper floors were empty. Most of the things have run down and became really old. The only good thing is that the location is convenient to find and the rooms are big. The breakfast was not american breakfast except for the juice and frozen meat. We were late by 2 mins to the paid breakfast and they refuse to give us an omelette saying they are closed. They could have said that in a polite way but they choose to be extremely rude and passed comments.

Rooms were ok not upto mark washroom didn’t have good amenities. Bed were ok ac was not fast even after multiple reminders it was not rectified

I am regular customer of this hotel, and stayed there for many times. But during my recent stay. A) not providing any laundry. B) no facilities for tea in room. Only coffee ingredients provided c) language problem with reception staff, only in thai language you can talk. D) non availability of tooth brush and tooth paste.
