We had a wonderful stay at Smart Suites The Boutique Hotel, Bangkok. Initially the room allocated had little ventilation but the staff were courteous enough to provide us with a better room. The room was clean with proper ventilation. Highly recommended for people who are on budget but still wanted to stay near to Sukhumvit area. Nana plaza, metro rail is just a walk away, also 15-20 min to reach Indra Mall and Platinum Market. Special mention for Eric and Vicky at reception for assisting us to book cab, also suggest us the places to explore in Bangkok.

I stayed one day at this UPAR Hotels Sukhumvit 11 Nana. Room no 402. It's value for money for traveller's like me. They took a deposit of 1000 thai baht for the key and returned on my check out. The room was clean and tidy. The receptionist mr sahil singh was welcoming and polite. Wifi gives good connectivity. Location is good with great nightlife experience all around soi11. Areas of improvement : the tv channels are limited to what the cable connection offers here. Overall good experience.

Had a flight today so booked a budget UPAR Hotels Sukhumvit 11 Nana for the night. The staff is extremely friendly and the front desk manager Aditya, Vicky were extremely helpful in giving suggestions for places to find good food. Very clean room and very good location. Just next to 7/11 and quite location just 2 mins from the prime streets. I will recommend this UPAR Hotels Sukhumvit 11 Nana to everyone who is looking at a budget place. Good and decent place to stay along with good safety and cleanliness but UPAR Hotels Sukhumvit 11 Nana is located in center of city so it has cons like noisy and we arrived bit early like 3 hours before actual booking and they asked for extra bucks which we have avoided. We informed on early checkout of half a day before actual departure but they insisted on extra for early checkin. Apart from this other things are good.

Pros - Reception lady is very helpful, 7 eleven on both side makes it very convenient for daily items and specially water/beer, nearby Nana BTS so if u are planning to travel by Skytrain it's a very good option, one can also use water taxi which is Around 5 minutes distance can also be used to reach famous Pratunam shopping market. Cons - rooms are very small, no balcony, no telephone in room.

For The price I paid The place was pretty good. The room was compact and clean with all your basic requirements. Eric and Vicky were very friendly and helpful. The location is great with good restaurants nearby, both vegetarian and non vegetarian options. The BTS Station is walking distance as are all The malls of Sukhumvit. A very comfortable stay.

We stayed here for just 1 night. This UPAR Hotels Sukhumvit 11 Nana is very close to night hotspots and is affordable. The room was quite clean and comfortable. The bathroom is big in size and has all basic amenities. Person at the reception in night speaks good English while lady in the morning shift doesn't speaks that well. Overall a good stay.

Location is excellent. Minutes walk from all The major malls and sights. Room was a bit small, but we had no issues.

Hotel is good, staff is supportive and the location is great. Nice pubs ND restraints nearby, Nana metro station is at walking distance, Pratunam Market is just 2 kms, ocean life also some 2-3 kms from the place and accessible by metro. Grand palace can be reached by metro.
