Hotel is too by the books which is good but in turn they loose the hospitality and the welcoming nature of the industry. Services are slow, equipments are outdated and breakfast spread is minimum without taste.

Most pathetic staff behaviour and no room service after 5pm. Property and rooms are very old and basic amenities like telephone, wifi, slippers does not work. I will not consider to stay again in this hotel even with free tariff.

The view from the hotel balcony was very nice. Very good hospitality. Spacious deluxe rooms. Good breakfast

Room was big but not maintained at all. All taps were leaking and washroom there was no bathing shampoo at all. No dental kit nothing. No proper breakfast at all. Property is so big but zero maintenance. Also in the night i asked for a soft pillow they said housekeeping is closed. Their pillows were so hard and they pick calls after multiple reminders.

No lift in the hotel, you need to carry your luggage to your room floor, ac in the room not working and wasn’t fixed for 2 days, there is no housekeeping after 5 pm, breakfast is so pathetic, room service so poor, we asked for towels which never sent. Property maintenance is so poor, swimming pool looks filthy. Highly understaffed hotel and staff which is there don’t know hospitality. Its a big big shame in the name of ramada

Though the hotel has all the amenities but its failed to maintain such huge property. For example, 1. Mud water is coming from tap of bathtub. 2. Big cockroach on floor as soon as we checked in to room. 3. Not satisfied with the quality of complimentary breakfast. Quality and items available are both not satisfactory. 4. Last but not the least there is no elevator in the building. I mean we got a room at 2nd floor and we have to use only stairs. If you have aged people in your group then please think twice before booking the same. 5. Pool was very big but not as clean as we expected from a wyndham group. Overall expected better experience from wyndham group.

When compared to other ramada properties in kerala india, ramada krabi’s infrastructure is not maintained. Food is ok.

Rooms are good but service is poor. Location is good. 2 floors without lift. Breakfast is average. Mattress quality is not good.

1. Breakfast food will we served with many flyers and mosquitoes, ( two fruit, and one juice empty place, non frosh items will be served) only one staff in the kitchen in four star property) 2. Room is having non working fan jus for show off itself hotel staff will says this fan is for show off 3. No central air condition 4. Wall with paches 5. Dirty and leakage bathroom 6. Pool is also non maintained and dark in night lamp is broken in pool 7. Place is at night look like haunted this is not at all hotel not recommended for anyone no staff, pool area is also very dark, breakfast food was served with mosquitoes, many type of flyers, property is not at all maintained, lobby only one staff is eating at night there is no food available, staff behaviour is also very rude and rigid, hotel looks in the website so good, but in reality pathetic word is small for it we visited hotel with my family but it was wrong decision, any site should not promote this kind of property and thai government also should not allow this kind of place, i am going to escalate this with thai tourism department.

Room was fabulous and the location of the hotel in nice and peaceful. Breakfast options were limited as there were few guests during our stay but the overall experience was good

Property is good but services were not good. From the day one, telephone was not working and every-time we had to go to reception for every request. Breakfast only fruits, omelette, toast bread only and it was too cold when served in room. We booked ramada due to its services but not happy with the stay. No buffet breakfast.

Property location is good but maintenance is poor. Room service is limited due to lack of staff. Breakfast is very poor with limited food options. Room size & amenities are very good. In our 1st night of stay we required a extra pillow but there was no one in the reception to pick up the phone to communicate and when we approached the single person who is available there he didn’t know english to understand our requirement. It was very unexpected for a hotel brand like ramada.
