Amazing experience, a great and clean family room, very easy checkin, helpful staff, specially mr max at reception has been exceptional, very much customer friendly and polite staff. Location of property is superb right on the beach. Swimming pool is a highlight. Fat coco restraunt has amazing beach view. Only draw back is almost no vegetarian food at all. Both restraunt and breakfast needs to have vegetarian options. However few indian restraunts nearby can be tried for food. Spicy twist restraunt adjuscent to the pripert has great indian food.

We had a lovely stay in the A-One The Royal Cruise Hotel Pattaya. The location was perfect as we wanted, the beach was just across the road. Central Marina Mall was just 5 minutes walk where you can get good local and international food as per your budget. The breakfast spread in the A-One The Royal Cruise Hotel Pattaya was huge with lot of variety to choose from. Ms. Gift at the reception and the bell boy Boom was very helpful. Pong was the most friendly security guard whom we all really liked. Overall we would recommend our family and friends.

1) Good location. Beach is just road across & the whole lane is happening place. 2) Room was decent size & clean. 3) Breakfast spread was good though they can add few Indian food options. Fresh fruits & breads variety was survivor for us. I think that’s the case we most A-One The Royal Cruise Hotel Pattayas. 4) Staff was helpful. Special thanks to “Art”…I think he is front office manager. He helped us a lots with recommending must visit places, And ensured we get good service in A-One The Royal Cruise Hotel Pattaya. Overall a good stay 👍🏻

Excellent A-One The Royal Cruise Hotel Pattaya, with partial view of ocean from side balcony. Large room, very clean bathroom and awesome breakfast buffet. Buffet lounge is at the front of its boat section and have many seaview seatings. Very wide food menu and you can easily spend an hour there skipping your lunch. It has large swimming pool with sea facing seats. Beach is just after the road. So, you can practically stay there.

Located near to beach in a peaceful area. If u go more near to walk in street u will get more crowd, facilities and fun but miss the peace. Food is great. Hotel has two wings old and new one. I stayed in old one. Rooms and balcony were little small but no compromise on hygiene and cleanliness. Room service is little slow. But overall stay was good

Breakfast is poor as Indian are booking plus provide at lest 2 Indian breakfast, idli, poori or dosa stuff, kids could not eat due to lack of food varieties but for adults its a good one but senior citizens feel some what in the month of april 2018 we have seen more varieties but couldn't seen this year.

Hotel is very nice and location opposite Beach. Swimming pool Side child like to spend time. Breakfast is good also indian breakfast available in different a-one wing. Hotel near by shopping mall and indian restaurant available. Family enjoy and recommend my friends also to stay in Royal Cruise Hotel.

It was good place near the beach. Bit costly but fine. Staff were ok with english, try food in the second floor, pool is cool. The stay was fine but i don't think we need to book expensive A-One The Royal Cruise Hotel Pattayas in pattaya as we hardly stay in the room except to sleep.

An awesome property at an excellent location right opposite to The Beach. The ambiance and tasty food while dinning at The boat restaurant is A must experience. The pool with poolside bar is A delightful atmosphere. Overall The property, staff and service is very good!

Staff is very polite and cooperative like early check-in arrangements and especially every time salute made by guards make us feel VIP, cleanness, location, food quality, lounges and pool made our wonderful trip more excited. Worth staying here.

Stay was fabulous although mmt service are great and commendable, moreover A-One The Royal Cruise Hotel Pattaya staff was very friendly and helpful, smiling and welcoming nature overall very great experience.

I was in A-One Royal Cruise Hotel, Pattaya from 28th July to 1st August. I booked two Deluxe rooms through MMT in a very reasonable price. It was a very pleasant stay. Looking forward to stay there in near future.
