The location is so good, you can find indian restaurants nearby. Walking street and pattaya beach is walkable. We were 3 girls who travel-led and if you want to enjoy the nightlife then you will find lots of option and pattaya is very safe place you can walk around at anytime in night after your party is done. You can also explore the local bike or taxi for transport. Jomtein beach can be reached with the local tuktuk kind of transport which is like a shared transport with fixed routes and will cost you about 10thb. Hotel is well maintained with pool and nice party kind of atomosphere.

Rooms are bit old style with basic interior. Not so attractive but location and service is really nice. Very polite n cooperative staff. There travel desk is a good and reasonable service one. They even have luggage room where u may drop your luggage after checking out from rooms it's safe n secure with baggage tacking, which helps u to roam Around freely if u got some extra time for departure. Overall a nice stay.

Excellent Hotel in terms of location, facilities, people, surroundings, good quality, excellent housekeeping and all other services. You get a homely touch from all employees and they are always active in providing all kind of comfort during your stay. Damn good location and just 2 minutes walk from hot Pattaya Beach and night clubs. Numerous shopping destinations around. Too good a place.

We had booked a small room and were a group of 3 friends. As we were checking in, the guy at the reception (sorry I do not remember his name) informed us that the room would be a bit cramped for 3 adults. Realizing this, he offered us a bigger room at no extra cost and we were genuinely quite happy with this effort on his part. Rest all services are very good and totally worth the money.

The Heeton Concept Hotel Pattaya by Compass Hospitality is situated at a perfect location, prices are reasonable however, the staff was way too arrogant and careless. we stayed there for 3 days and 4 nights. Every day we had to request staff to clean ups. They could not give us additional blanket even when we were ready to pay extra for that. No room services were available.

Very central location. Close to pattaya beach, walking street. Staff is very polite, cheerful and helpful. They went out of their way to delight us and make trip memorable and we express our thanks to mercure team. Breakfast is good with variety and they gave us poori, dal, potato baji, thepla and many india food. We enjoyed stay and thank you mmt for good offers.

My stay was very good but the Indian food is finish before time and also in 4 star Heeton Concept Hotel Pattaya by Compass Hospitalitys never I faced with electricity failure but staying in Mercure Pattaya Hotel had changed my opinion. I stay their without electricity for 3 hours.

Stay was good enough, rooms were clean but got my sunglasses stolen from my room. The DJ played at the pool area was really fun. Breakfast was really mismanaged, veg mentioned on nonveg food and it made us eat the nonvegetarian food unwillingly.

This was my 2nd stay at Heeton Concept Hotel Pattaya by Compass Hospitality. Worth staying if possible upgrade to family room were kids will enjoy bunk bed.

Hotel mercure pattaya. Stay place is very good and the service is also too good. Morning breakfast was the highlight. Special is the indian poori and masala. Service was very gud.
