Everything was good except staff behaviour. Guy at the checkout counter asked to pay 200 tbh for dirty hand towel and that was not taken by housekeeping for entirety of our stay. Which was unnecessary and threatened us to pay else won’t let us leave. Which was so unprofessional and annoying. Won’t recommend to anyone.

Property is too big. Property has so much unattended place in ground floor. It’s look like lack of staffs

Location was wonderful. Breakfast also had a good spread. Hotel has many rooms and is spread over two buildings, however the place needs renovations and upkeeping.

Regular visitor here. Love the location. Staff is friendly and welcoming. The pool and bowling is a lot of fun.

The location was good. Just across the street is the beach which is an amazing. Apart from the beach i would like to also tell about the breakfast the breakfast was the same thing going around for the 4 days at the state there i wish they had at least changed a few items. Diminished was good we had to swimming pool which was great the service i don't know i found the the people in the zong turn the wizard little root they they are not as friendly as any force the resort or any hospitality industry people should be

Excellent location. Great view from the window. Nice swimming pools and very friendly staff. Enjoyed the bowling.

This property is an average property. The room was not clean and i requested to change and they charged me extra money around 1000.

I stayed with family, it was a great experience to stay there. The first staff members were very cooperative. Hotel neat and clean. Comfortable. Amenities are very good. The pool is awesome. It is perfect for family. Breakfast was good, vegetarian is limited and no indian food available. But sat-ff gave us cook veg pasta specially cook for us in breakfast. A great experience. Will recommend in future.

Hotel and facilities are good. There is no option for lunch or dinner. Only pool side cafe remains open. No option for breakfast for indian.

Hotel next to jomtien beach

I stay in this hotel for 2 nights. This is very beautiful property with a nice sea view. Its just next to jomtien beach, so the location of this property is the key factor. 7 eleven & jomtien beach are at walking distance. But staff of reception is very rude. Specially to indian people. I never experienced such rude staff at reception. I doubt, they know the word politeness. Also, disappointed with the breakfast. There is nothing available for vegetarian/indians. You have to manage with bread, butter, fruits & juices only. Otherwise, its just next to beach, so its perfect property to stay near beach. You can go to beach in the morning & evening.

The hotel was very well located, very close to the beach and very happening. The staff were very courteous and the food was amazing. We stayed here for a day but promise to come back again next year
