The reception guys were really poor and ill mannered. No one to help with h luggage. No charging point in bedroom and many more

Good location. Helpful staff. Very close to all the top attractions. The property is quite old, quality of furniture and furnishings is average. Airconditioners are old and rusty and made a lot of noise. Property needs renovation.

Hotel is good, but need some renovation. It seem the water flow of bathroom is not good. Hot water is not there. But the best part is that there is a very good kitchen where you can make your own food.

Nova park pattaya is nice hotel with all the amenities(including swimming pool, gym, oven, fridge and kitchen cutlery & utensils) and a comfortable bed.

The property is very old and it reeks of old furniture washrooms are not clean and very old it's in a deserted place only have seven eleven that's it.

Nice hotel and good ambience. Breakfast is good. Nearby pattaya beach road and walking street and also central pattaya market. Swimming pool is so enjoyable one and the time is 8 morning to 8 evening and also restaurant food is delivered to the swimming pool.

The hotel was good, but the water facility was pathetic. They were routing the water from pool for daily usage, which means i was brushing my teeth, taking a shower using water for cooking that is coming directly from swimming pool and is chlorinated and used by a lot of people on a daily basis, when asked them about it, they said they can’t help it, they are having water problems! overall it was a good decent hotel, but facilities very pathetic. I won’t recommend anyone with a family to go there.

I stay so many time in nova park but this time. Nova park need renovation like change sofa, chair and interior painting ( seepage. And most important floor change. But staff behaviour is very good and corporative

Suite rooms are decent but no balcony, studio rooms are better and have balcony. Overall stay was nice, property is close to soi6 and beach
