Location of the property is very nice. Got private beach. But over all service quality is very very poor. After 9 pm almost no staffs avialable. Last order is around 8:30 pm. Very occward architecture. Bathroom doors does not have locks ( over all scenario ). Pls always keep google translator handy. Otherwise it's very difficult to make them understand what you want. Food lay and quality is average.

Overrated hotel in Pattaya

Dear All, very bad experience in terms of everything. (1) Location is very far and no taxi or tuk tuk available in radius of 2.5KM, although hotel provides service from hotel to main road but very odd timings and charges 40Bhat per person. (2) Hotel doesn't provide 5 star facilities. (3) beach in front is very dirty and not recommended for non swimmers.

Great Beachfront property

Food was good and the staff was very friendly. The hotel had an awesome infinity pool and bar overlooking Beach. The rooms are very well designed and very comfortable.
