Very nice breakfast place. Food was good presentation could be a little creative. But other than that, my experience to good in room to good rooms are there good property ever in pattaya

Very poor service they treat you like you are staying in free
they don't have toiletries except 1 shampoo and 1 body wash. They don't give you extra towel also if required. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone

hotel signatures location is very convenient 👌plenty of food options restaurants, 7/11 shope and most famous attractions walking street is very closed by even 5-8 minutes walk.all staff of the hotel is very friendly ..

The property is amazing. You can book this property in less money and take feel like luxurious 3 star hotel. It’s breakfast are also very delicious. This propertybis located at prime location in pattaya.

I had booked 5 room in this hotel, all the rooms where quiet pathetic the ac wasn’t working properly i have to call the reception every day, wooden flooring had cracks, curtains has stains, holes was there in sofa. In conclusion disappointed never going to this hotel again

They can't provide towel on check out day, taking extra charges for every thing, even they ask charges for ordering food from outside this hotel only need money, & on service they are very poor

From the time of checkin till checkout it was terrible experience. Lady at reception thinks she is giving away room for free, such a bad attitude. Housekeeper are not changing linen at all even though you staying for 3 days. After checkin when I came back in evening and removed the bad cover my linen was full of stain for which evening housekeeper clicked picture as well. Towels where so pel and smelly and on asking of changing again same bad attitude reply was we don’t give or change towels once replaced. At the time of checkout picture taken by housekeeper was used to fine me with 500 bath😳. After explaining the entire story to manger he agreed to remove the fine. If this is read by any management people of signature would like them to know that they need to explain their staff that they are in service industry and they have to understand that customer experience is more important then their attitude. This was my 2nd stay in signature both time very bad customer service. Next time would not come and would not recommend any one. I guess Marriott took away their flag because of that only.
