Front office behaviour was not to the international standard, particularly one elderly lady behaviour was very bad. We asked to fix the bathroom sink proublem she was irritated. Her action was very rude.

Easy check in and check out. Good location. Yummy breakfast. Beautiful hotel. Only one issue not greeted with traditional welcome drink which was part of package

In wash room water pressure was to low, and ac was not working because it was to far from bed, and in balcony was full lickage of water i told them to change my room they ignore for change of room and refund also

I stayed for 3 nights with my family and we really were pleased with what hotel had to offer. Firstly, location, it is walkable to beach and as a result you can go as many times as you want without taking any taxi or tuk-tuk. Secondly, food variety in breakfast, you will have good mix of south and north indian dishes (veg) and with decent taste. If one wants eat outside food indian, there few at walkable distance. Last but not least, you will find taxi operator outside the hotel who took us to multiple locations at reasonable cost. Overall, it is strongly recommended for family stay.

Decent room and good buffet breakfast spread. Good most of required amanites. Gav one star less as dental kit would be supplied on request basis. Just 400 mts to pattaya beach

The property is very near to pattaya beach. Walking street is at a walkable distance. The parking area is a bit small and it will be filled with busses at night.

To view full hotel detail: watch you tube video- travelling4you31 it was a nice stay at sunbeam hotel, pattaya, this was my third time, nice rooms with sea view, wide swimming pool, gym, restaurant and best part is location. Near to beach - 3 minutes walk, near to 2nd road- 5 seconds walk. Hotel has nice staff at reception- i thanks to yok, hatitha, and others were so supportive

Enjoyed my stay at sunbeam. Located in the heart of pattaya, the hotel is at walking distance from the main beach. Nice staff.

the hotel location was close to beach, which was very convenient. however, the bathroom floor tiles were not well maintained. the breakfast buffet was mediocre.. 👆🏼view from room balcony
