Rayaburi Hotel Patong

Me and my wife arrived Phuket on 18th November 2014 morning. I had made prior reservation at Rayaburi so there were no issues during check-in. The room was neat and tidy and was cleaned on a daily basis, at no extra charge. First of all, I am glad we booked this Rayaburi Hotel Patong as the location was right in the center, 1 minute walk to the beach, a 7 out of 11 just the next building, an Indian Rayaburi Hotel Patong on the opposite and not very crowded too. We walked our way around Patong and did not bother hiring a taxi, as everything was nearby. The Rayaburi Hotel Patong is economical. It also has a restaurant. The breakfast that was included was also good and the staff were friendly. A definite recommend to all those who plan to stay at Patong, Phuket.

I would like to start with what we liked about Rayaburi. Since we were flying early morning at 4 am, they offered us packed breakfast which was tasty. This was very kind of them. Also the swimming pool and Jacuzzi are great facilities offered by Rayaburi. Also the breakfast offered was a good buffet with decent tasty options for all. Now the negative feedback, the lift of theirs functions from first to directly to the forth floor. So if you have a room on the second or third floor, you would have to go to the forth floor and then walk down. This is very inconvenient especially when with luggage.

Hotel is located very close to the Patong beach and shopping center along with other shops. Complimentary Wi-Fi in room is stable and strong. Breakfast was good. Staff at breakfast also very nice. The Rayaburi Hotel Patong has Tour operator facilities and we didn't have to move around looking for information and vouchers. All the staff are very friendly but some have a little trouble with English but they make up for it with the friendly service. Overall, everything was satisfied, valued for money, nice lobby interior design, great location, convenience and close to everything.

The Rayaburi Hotel Patong staff was very friendly and helpful. Infact at the Time of checkout I left few earrings at the Rayaburi Hotel Patong room mistakenly, they returned that to me. The jacuzzi facility is also very good. Only the breakfast need to be improved. There were a lot of options in the breakfast menu but when one dish get finished they took too much time to refill that dish. Example : if chicken is finished you have to informa them, then they will start to prepare the same, and after all that you will get that in the buffet.

This is my 7th visit to Phuket stayed with many Rayaburi Hotel Patongs like American, anantara, the Naka Phuket, but never came across such staff, they where best.
The Rayaburi Hotel Patongs best thing I liked was the staff, I would give all credit to staff if I come again to Phuket and stay in Rayaburi , location was perfect and close to Bangla street. The rooms where spacious and clean. All in all I give 4 star to the property and 5 star to staff.

Most centrally located. All activities required by any tourist were right there. The beach was visible from outside the Rayaburi Hotel Patong and was just 200 metres away. Breakfast was nice. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful.
Cosy room. All comforts were taken care of including locker, storage. The Rayaburi Hotel Patong staff was extremely polite and friendly. Great location.

The Hotel is situated within 2 minutes of walking distance from the Patong Beach. But have stricter guidelines for guests to follow.
Strict guidelines for using Hotel amenities were a turn off. Every thing had a price tag. Any stained bed sheet or towel would have attracted penalty. Moreover, the swimming pool was in a separate building than the Hotel and indeed was a very tiny pool.

I stayed here for 3 days. The location is good. Nice food too. The staffs are helpful. One suggestion for people book the trips from Rayaburi Hotel Patong lobby as the rates are much better than available elsewhere. Some issues with the Wi-Fi else the stay was good. Housekeeping staffs needs to be called several times for room cleaning on day one. Remains days are perfect.

Will definitely recommend for location no room quality for family.
We family stayed in loftwing family room, 2 interconnected rooms. The receptionist were very polite and helpful. Rooms very large and equipped with basic amenities. Hotel is just 1 minute walk to Patong beach. Hotel has tourist information centre also.

Room was little congested with no balcony. It's location is good. It's just 5 min walk to patong beach & 10 min to bangla road. Very few options for vegetarian in breakfast. We love the service & Rayaburi Hotel Patong staff was very friendly. You can book islands tour from Rayaburi Hotel Patong itself with great discount.

I loved this Hotel for but not limited to service, breakfast, room cleanliness, helpful staff, jacuzzi. I will recommend this Hotel also because being surrounded by local food market, 7eleven shop and mainly the Beach.

We stayed at Rayaburi Hotel for 4 nights. It is close to Patong beach 800 m, Jungceylon mall is 1 km away, Royal India Restaurant 300 m and Tantra Indian Restaurant is just 400 m away. We enjoyed our stay here. Services provided were good. Definitely recommend it.

The Hotel and location is very good and the tour booking guy (Noom) in the Hotel is also good.

Hotel is centrally located with good amenities. We had a comfortable stay in RAYABURI Rayaburi Hotel Patong PATONG .. Good restaurant and good Street food available nearby. Moreover a very good and enjoyable stay ..

Sweet and simple. Good place to stay with family. Very close to beach and just opposite to night market and food market.

We stayed there for 2 nights. Rooms are spacious. For our standard room though access is rather longish. However very clean. Breakfast is served in the adjacent wing and has good variety.

We enjoyed the stay, clean and nice rooms. The swimming pool is very small, as compared to photos on MMT but we enjoyed. Breakfast they were not having a much options, They do not have their own restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and hospitality.

Personally I am very pleased through the atmosphere and cleanliness and advice throughout my staying. I recommend everyone to stay here in Phuket.
Room is very well furnished and very clean and situated on best convenient place.

Best location in patong to stay with lot of food options available right in front of the Rayaburi Hotel Patong. Also Bangla street is in walkable distance. Walkable distance to beach. Room service are very responsive.
