One of the best place to stay in Phuket and there breakfast is amazing. Very convenient from bangla street and nearby indian restaurant

It was a great hotel but for 3 in a room it seemed crowded. They could improve on the breakfast for vegetarians

Bad experience, mosquitoes in room, dehumidifier needs frequent draining, wet floor due to dehumidifier, soap bar in 5 star hotel not acceptable, overpriced,

There is a lot humidity in their rooms. Floor gets literally wet and bedding also gets cold and little wet. There is foul smell. I booked for 3 nights. The day i checked in the hotel they changed me 2 rooms. Then next day in the evening they gave me dehumidifier. For 2 days they didn’t solve the problem even knowing their problem.

Location is little far from bangla road walking street and it's not a beach front property. Pool is small. Buffet breakfast was good

Quick check inn courteous reception staff, rooms although little less space but linen and other things were good. Food spread is good in breakfast. Centrely located in phuket.

The grand mercure phuket hotel is an avg property. Location is good but the hotel was not upto the mark. Some unwanted noise (maybe from generators) was there for 24 hours. Very irritating sound and the person never stay at such planes for hearing such irritating noise. Breakfast food spread was good. Swimming pool was also well maintained.

Comfortable stay, amazing breakfast with a wide spread of options not a problem for vegetarians. Staff is courteous. you have to walk down to the beach 10 mins. Market is all walking, good location.
The property was very big & beautiful. We really enjoyed alot. The pool kis attached with our room. Really money worth property

The hotel location is amazing just 500 metres from patong beach. All the amenities in the hotels are good, rooms are decent in size but not big. I was expecting bath tub but they don’t have bath tub in all the rooms. Breakfast is superb, so try their amazing hot chocolate.

The hotel location is good. However the rooms are small and the bathroom size is very compact. They serve 3-4 indian options for breakfast. Beach is a 5-7 mintue walk.

The location of the resort is very good, within walking distance of the soi bangla road, which is the main tourist spot . Patong beach is also just 5 minutes away
