They did not give a room in their main hotel and instead sent us to a different premises inside the area. Breakfast was bland. Overall not at all value for money.

The stay was decent. Initial room was terrible, we had to get it upgraded which was better. However, location is very nice

The location is very good, close to bangla street, the beach, and night markets. Breakfast had a good variety of indian and thai dishes. Special thanks to the tour company and the resort’s souvenir shop. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly!

Decent place to stay. Clean rooms. Good staff. Well maintained swimming pool. Very conveniently located. Just 250 meters from patong beach. In the midst of the city but quite once inside the hotel. 7/11 just outside the gate. Jungle ceylon and central mall nearby. Bangla walking street also nearby and walkable. Good indian food available nearby. Gopal restaurant !00% pure vegetarian (without onion and garlic) and for jain food just 2 minute away. Kailash par-bat nearby in central mall.

The resort was really great and at the greatest location in patong nearby all amenities. Good swimming pool and amenities nice and friendly staff close to transport and nightlife place hospitality was the greatest

The hotel location is excellent, walking distance to the beach from their back side gate. However it is not too happening at the hotel. Pool and garden are ok but nothing much to enjoy. Also the staff was not so polite and just mind their own business, in other words not so welcoming. The overall stay was good as we were outside most of the time and didn't use the hotel much during the day time.

We stayed for 4 nights (2Dec-6Dec), paid S$729. 10/10 Very supportive staff. Highly recommended-good location in terms of amenities yet away from the hustle bustle of the street. Prefer pool side room to avoid occasional noise through the night mostly by passing Tuk Tuk. Clean, good breakfast with veggie and Indian options (close to Indian though:)). Plenty of restaurants nearby but most open in noon. Better to take hotel breakfast. Near to night mkt. for souvenirs. Central Patong mall at walking distance. Staff was kind enough to extend our check out without extra charges when my daughter fell sick, they not paying only sent staff right in middle of night to clean the throw up by her, connected us to nearby clinic, we were picked and dropped by the kind staff there at the clinic. Hotel supported us very well so that we could focus on her treatment rather than check out time, extra charges by hotel due to these unforeseen circumstances. They accommodated our short notice request for decorating my brother’s and sis in law room who were accompanying us during the trip for celebrating their wedding anniversary. Highly recommended and thanks a lot Patong Resort for Awesome service! Leaving with the impeccable hospitality experience. I had booked two city view premier deluxe rooms with bathtub and balcony. I was given the rooms on the ground floor. No city view, no balcony.

It was a fantastic stay in patong resort. 2 mins walk from the beach and there are so many indian restaurants nearby. Bangla road is 5 mins walking distance. The tour organiser shop near the hotel was the best.

Decent room, couple of things missing are no closed cupboards, yes, the rooms have no cupboard AT ALL to keep your clothes/belongings, also no drawers anywhere. Resort is pretty HUGE, and it’s quite a walk from your room to the main gate. A little costly IMO as we paid for a day but it is also located in a touristy area so the hiked price is understandable. It also seems recently renovated and the room was clean, which is usually my primary criteria when booking a hotel. We forgot some cash on the table while leaving for the day and the cleaning staff didn’t touch it at all, 10/10 for the cleaning staff. Breakfast had a lot of options. Would recommend this hotel 👍🏻
