This hotel was ok, not so good not so bad, they should update the facility, they can add more facilities as they have huge space

The staff there is completely fraudulent. They take money in the name of taxi booking. They drop you anywhere and ask for a lot of money to bring you back.

Hotel stay is nice, some staff is very helpful and some staff is very rude. I was facing issues with travel desk in hotel. I made a booking for phi phi island in bht for 27 dc, on 26 dc night i called her lady to just know about cancellation charges she said it's non refundable i didn't cancel my trip that time. Next day my pick up time from hotel was 8 am but no one come to pick me up several times i spoke to hotel staff they said just wait here for 10 to 15 mins, after that i called that lady who booked my trip and then she said that yesterday u cancel-led your trip but i didn't gave her any confirmation for cancellation, she use very abusing word that is very horrible for me that time

Just ok stay in this hotel, nothing wow. There is bit difference between the photos in which update in the site.

No restaurant in the hotel, no microwave or kettle. No, everything was good, only thing was it was very far from Airport.
