Not according to pictures.
The staff was rude to one 8f my guests to the point that he no longer entered the lobby and stayed outside each time he followed us to our hotel.
It's very clean and friendly place in the heart of Besiktas with vary reasonable prices.

Property not well maintained and lots of stuff falling apart or already missing (mirror, shower head, closet handle, bed head, etc). Bed sheets had some stains.
Staff not well versed in English.
Overall, it was OK for the price paid.

Terrible experience. We had booked and paid online but the day we got there, they told us that the room which we had booked and paid for had been given to another person. so we had to search for another hotel since there was no other empty room. We lost our time and money...
Nothing can be worse than staying in this hotel. I had paid for six days but had to leave in three days. Me and my family have experienced to sleep with wearing face mask 😷 the whole night. It was difficult to breathe because smoke there and i don't know where it came from
No elevator you have to carry your luggage by stairs yourself

The worste customer service
I can’t believe this customer service of website!!! It is 4th days that i wrote them for refund my money because tgis hotel is cheated and don’t use it at all! Now they send me email for the review of my staying!!!! Is it a joke!!! Wworste website, cheated and dirty hotel with rude personel. The website don’t answer about tgis issue and just wasting tome!!!

Booked but hotel said not available room
When we arrived we were told they didn't have an available room, although we had paid and booked online. It took sometime with calls between the hotel and theçç hotels.com, however they couldn't sort out. We had to fimd somewhere else 9 pm on the same day. We still couldn't get refund yet either from hotels.com although they said they were trying to get the money from the hotel. Disappointment from the hotel as well as from hotels.com.
The bed was awful (almost broken) and although their claims there was no any Wi-Fi at all.
1: bedbugs (pl ask me for videos) 2: the gentleman at desk smoked all his shift leaving the staircase and room full of acrid smoke: like sleeping in a smoker's lounge 3: when asked not to smoke states it's a non smoking hotel and no one is smoking here! 4: mattress and bed covered in thick polythene sheets (I later knew why: bedbugs!) sleeping was uncomfortable 5: staff spoke ZERO English and not keen to help. I caught two bedbugs and gave to the smoking gent, he waived his hands in air like spraying something!
Left next day as didn't want to catch an illness. Worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life, would not recommend and would asking for refund from Expedia thank you.
The room is so cold and they didn't anything about it. Also the room number 5 is full of bugs which is so unclean.
Falsely advertised room wifi. When our devices didn't connect, the receptionist told us the upper rooms wifi only works with turkish devices. That is not stated anywhere. The room was very dirty with thick layers of dust in the ventilations.

Konumu çok iyi. Ancak odanın sitedeki resimlerle alakası yok. Diğer odaların da farklı olduğunu sanmıyorum. Banyoyu temizlemeye dahi gerek duymamışlardı. Yatak takımı deseniz takım bile değil. Kılıfsız battaniyeler.Yıkandı mı temiz mi bilinmez. Ancak ısıtma sistemi iyiydi. Oda sıcaktı. Ayrıca odanın ışığı bile yanmıyordu. Sadece banyonun ışığı yanıyordu. Resimleri yayınlamadan kontrol edilmesi gerekmez mi? Yorum okumamıştım sadece resimlere ve konuma bakarak yaptım rezervasyonu ben hata etmişim.
