No body moisturizer, no water bottle except 1st day. Certain things doesn't go with the reputation of holiday inn. No heater working.

The room was hot and when i asked the reception to reduce the temperature, they told me it cant be reduced any further as there is central air conditioner ( it just didn't make any sense. On further asking them whether there is any other means of reducing the temperature, they just gave me a bat-ant reply to open the windows.

Room was quite good. But there is very less choices of food available for 100% vegetarian indians as well as we stayed in hotel for 5 days breakfast of all days are same.

Not many shop are in walking distance as for tourist who like to see and visit good shopping places. As a hotel. Standard ok hotel.
Rooms are very very small for the amount paid. No space to move around in the room. Everything is too compact. Not worth the price.

It’s good but need more to do the cleaning specially in the toilet and need good care for putting soap, toilet papers and changing the towels

It was very robotic, non-personal experience. I checked in & checked out without any kind of welcoming experience. I exactly don’t remember any interactions or moments for entire stay.

Over-all hotel is nice with good location and staff. Stayed there for 2 days and everything was perfect. The good point is metro station is right at the hotel gate.
Rooms are small and air conditioning does not work at all. Thankfully the weather was nice so we did not need air conditioner but if was hot i would have definitely checked out. Morning staff is polite but night staff is very rude. Food at the hotel is very basic so do not order room service

Reception- not very cordial, breakfast - ok, rommsize - smaller. Asked for bathrobe, they denied. Even drinking water was hard to get free

Holiday Inn is situated bang on across a train station which makes commute super easy but being on road makes it too noisy to sleep comfortably cause of constant noise. Being a vegetarian I did not get much options and to my much dismay I was served beef so I ended up sticking to cup noodles and simit. It’s a beautiful city and safe for women.

Very compact and very very clean and hygienic. Metro is walking distance. Indian restaurants are great. The night market is also very nearby the staff is also very recommended

The issue is being a 5 star hotel they were not giving one single bottle of water also. They were charging for it.
