Location is good, very near to abu dhabi mall. Easy to find. Rooms are very neat and clean. Staff is very nice and cooperative. Breakfast was very good.

Very good service i really enjoyed the place. I really enjoyed the customer service. The place was nice but the time of getting out is very nice. It’s supposed to be 1 pm because depending when the person login.

Bad stay bad facility

It was not a good stay. Room was average. 3 times I called them for water but they don’t came in time. washroom smell is very bed. Should to use room freshener in rooms. Found hairs in washroom not clean properly.

I'd be happy to share a review of my stay! i recently stayed at [hotel name] booked through makemytrip, and i must say it was a delightful experience. The location was convenient, close to key attractions and transportation. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, especially the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. As for the food, the hotel's restaurant offered a delicious variety of dishes that exceeded my expectations. Likes:
1. Stay was good and comfortable. 2. Quick service provided by receptionist and room service. 3. Location and amenities were great. Dislikes :
1. If was uncomfortable to have food in the room as there was only 1 sofa and the table was fixed in the corner. 2. The bathroom glasses are transparent when the light is on, which means a person can be easily seen through glass while having a shower. It is uniquely designed, which makes no sense.

Worst hotel ever

This has to be my worst experience ever in my hotel bookings, the hotel staff is extremely incompetent uncooperative and arrogant, waste of money staying in this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. We paid for breakfast buffet but there was hardly anything in the spread, the staff refused to make omelette too. Have stayed in so many hotels but this has been the worst ever. U may pay little more elsewhere but here not even a penny is worth staying, highly disappointing.
