I believe the place is overpriced. The gym was not accessible when i was there also the pool is just 4ft. I cannot even swim on that. Pros: mazyad mall is attached to hotel and you have access to mall and can get food easily at lulu. Nice and comfortable rooms but overpriced

Overpriced

I would rate my experience as average. The hotel is conveniently connected to mazyad mall, which is a definite plus. It made shopping and dining very accessible. However, i found the hotel to be overpriced for the facilities available. The rooms were decent but lacked the luxurious feel that one would expect for the price. The amenities were basic and did not justify the high cost. Overall, while the location is great due to its connection to the mall, the value for money just isn't there. I would consider staying elsewhere unless the rates become more reasonable.

Good Stay

The room size was good, but with 2 children they provided only 1 bed. Hot plate cook top provided in the room was of 4 plates of which only 1 was working. Only 2 utensils were provided for cooking. Ac controller was not working well. Rest all was good. Restaurant and house keeping staff were nice.

We stayed at the suite room and we liked the kitchen and hall. The only thing we didn't like was the hotel provided only a double bed instead of king size bed.
The room was spacious compared to other hotels. The studio had washing machine, oven, fridge and basic cooking items. It was comfortable for a week stay. The hotel staff’s response was little lag but they resolved all our issues.

Bed size- however, the bed sizes 'king' are less than 200 x 200, so extra bed would be required for family our size. Drinking water - only one 1. 5 litre bottle per day was complementary, the staff had to make exception to give more at times during our stay. Room location- if you plan on staying at this hotel, preferred rooms will be on 9th floor and above in the same side aisle with 904 and 911 as other side as h vac chillers which are noisy. Location- it is very close to the burjeel medical city which was of our interest. Choice of near by spots- the hotel is within the building with mazyad mall so easy access to supermarket and variety of restaurants during stay.
