I stayed at majlis grand mercure with my family and it was an awesome experience. Location, staff, room, service all were 5/5. I didn't have food here so couldn't mention it.

Stayed at the hotel for one night. Good location, courteous staff and clean rooms. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is only 15mins walk from abu dhabi mall which is a plus.

Home away from home at grand mercure, abu dhabi

Grand mercure is our all time favorite hotel apartments in abu dhabi. It feels like home. Amenities are good. The reception staff is very cordial, specially nilufar, who made our stay comfortable with her excellent behaviour and proactive services. The location is super as many groceries & restaurants are available nearby. Recommended for a stay that feels like home away from home.

The hotel was clean, rooms were big and clean with modern facility. Breakfast spread was large and good quality. Overall i will rate as good and recommend for fanily for sure

The service is 5 stars at least, the room cleanliness was super wow, the staff were so nice and gentle, the parking was available for my car without fees. Thanks majlis
