It was a good experience in the hotel
the room and facilities are good the hotel is in a quiet place, and very near to sheikh shakhbout medical city
recommend booking specially for people who want a place outside the city

Facilities should improve as it’s all outdated, new sanitary fittings needed, interiors need to be remodeled for the studio rooms. Food needs to improve on the breakfast menu

It was comfortable stay, staff here was helpful. In 6th q what amenities u did not like, its like i need to select something for sure. Ideally its nothing that i didnt like in this property. Rooms are also spacioius

Its a good calm place. Helpful staff. Nice pool and music area. Clean rooms and bathroom. Issues i faced was that ac fan had noise and bed also had a squeaking noise. Moreover i asked to combine the bed but it was not done properly

Selection in breakfast is too low and most of the food items were not refilled by staff coffee tea counter were not acceptable easily and were covered and operated by a rude filipino staff.

Worst stay for a family

Was one of the worst stays i've had, had to walk and speak physically to reception and request for help and had to call them on phone for the 3rd time, they don't care at all. And they didn't provide the room preference i booked for, and booked me end of corridor room, i won't repeat this stay at this place (for sure. I just wanted a baby cot, and they said we'd provide, but they never did, couldn't close the curtains at all. Asked for help, but no one is interested in helping. Very poor.

The stay is very far from the city, not much to explore nearby. Everything is at-least 20km far and no food outlets nearby. Had to use talabat for food. Hotel service is average, room is average pool is good

The location is excellent for the price and facilities available at the hotel. The hotel is quite comfortable despite the old facility.

How was my stay at millennium central mafraq hotel, abu dhabi

My room had a road-side view. The noise level is quite low in the room. The water was hot in the room, actually, i wanted cold water to calm myself. The restaurant was good but there were fewer options for the vegetarian food. Mafraq hotel should add variety in restaurants for vegetarian people. Reception staff should be more polite towards theirs guest and try to under the problems of guests in place of just denying.
