The location is good, but the hotel provides very poor guest service. In my room, there were no towels, and the lights were not working. I called reception to send someone to fix it, but no one showed up. Very disappointing experience.

Room does not have enough electrical socket to charge the mobile phone and biggest negative is car parking is charged extra on top room.

Great place to stay. Added advantage near by bus stop serves a good connectivity with yeas island where we have all rides and activities.

What review you need. Not allowed to enter the room, i submitted my e id and my military id 2nd person also submitted id. But they not allowed to enter. And i sleep in my car. And use public toilet. And use public toilet

Disappointing stay

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. First, the room only had a standing shower, which wouldn't have been an issue if there had been hot water. Unfortunately, i had to endure cold showers for the duration of my stay. To make matters worse, the a/c made a constant, annoying noise that made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. Parking was also a hassle. Instead of offering free parking, they only provided a rechargeable valet service, which added unnecessary extra costs to my stay. Overall, i expected much more from this hotel and would not recommend it to others.

I chose the smoking room but i didn't expect the strong smell of the cigarette in the room, at-least they should put air fresher or something and the room is not clean well. Honestly i will not recommend staying in that hotel
It was booking after midnight 12, the receptionist told me you check in will be after 2 pm and i talked to manager also there was same reply that it is mentioned, situation can be anything what if someone want to book for other person from other locations after midnight?
unfortunately i have to paid twice. So since you didn't find any solution trust me i will not bother you again also, this is my last booking. Thanks. I am also in the same business, we never ask superior permission for these small things which is swap or time changing or day changing
