The stay was pleasant and i enjoyed staying with the property the staff is so friendly and helpful. The location is quiet close to all amenities and convenient. The City Seasons Towers Bur Dubai is quite good for family as well business travel. The front office manager mr. Jaw-ad is quite friendly with the guest and other staff mr. Vinay, ms. Balvinder, ms. Geraldine, mr. Balaji, ms. Rutaba, mr. Achara is quite friendly they makes the stay more convenient and comfortable all the front staff are always smiling as well as housekeeping staff is coordinating well all more my stay was convenient and good

This is a very clean and comfortable City Seasons Towers Bur Dubai. The service is very prompt and efficient. We had a wonderful week long stay here. Great place for families. Hotel is very close to burjuman metro station which is a junction for ref and green lines. You can access almost whole of dubai from here. Right next to the City Seasons Towers Bur Dubai there is carrefour mall. You have a supermarket and many restaurants inside. Nalan is an excellent vegetarian restaurant here. I recommend this place for those people who want to travel by metro.

City seasons towers is a great place to stay with the perfect location. If you're going for a tour and plan on doing that on a budget, you'll be surprised by the efficiency of the public transport. The cross metro station i. E. Burjuman is just 3 min away on foot. Then there's a bus stop as well as access to taxis. The stay was great. The rooms were clean. The view from the 12th floor was just awesome. The City Seasons Towers Bur Dubai staff were so polite and catered to all your needs with dedicatedly. A great experience.

I am happy with my stay overall. However, i found the female staff at the reception to be unfriendly. They rarely smiled and declined simple requests from guests on two occasions that i witnessed. This was not my personal experience, but i was present when it happened. On the other hand, the male staff member was very friendly, considerate of guests' requests, and provided proper explanations when requests couldn't be fulfilled.

The stay was very comfortable and the staff was also friendly. It was a solo traveler, so the location was a huge plus and very close to the burjuman metro station and the mall, where you can get a quick shopping fix and grab a meal to go. Would a 100% recommend this property to anyone traveling to dubai and considering to stay in the heart of the city, accessible to all the attractions.

I chose city season towers for its proximity to burjuman metro and burjuman mall. Most of the malls in dubai are accessible by metro and hence it proved to be great for me. The morning breakfast spread was really good with a mix of continental and indian food. The rooms are decent enough to accommodate a family of 3 (2 adults + 1 kid) overall a good stay.

Yes seasons city home burjman stay was a excellent experience. Staff behavior always cooperative you ask any guidance, breakfast was delicious everyday there is new varieties to eat. The city season towers is perfect in all manners. First of all this City Seasons Towers Bur Dubai location is in heart of city with perfect metro station. The food they serve is also very good with many vegetarian options. Service is also very good. I must recommend this City Seasons Towers Bur Dubai to anyone going to dubai.

Property is very centrally located it has everything required for family within walking distance, as we had not taken room with breakfast we tried food at burjuman centre and nearby restaurants with variety of food items City Seasons Towers Bur Dubai staff was nice and polite and helpful overall we had a comfortable stay

Loved the locality and convenience to the metro with both green and red lines and the mall is just next door. Breakfast was really nice. My kid enjoyed it. Staff were very friendly.

It's a nice City Seasons Towers Bur Dubai with many facilities. I reached two hours early and they allowed me to check in without any additional cost. Breakfast has good spread. It's near metro station and couple of malls are nearby so it help in commuting and buying items.
