Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road Hotel

I would rate the property a perfect 10/10. The location is great in terms of connectivity. It is a 2 min walk from the metro station and 20 min drive from the airport. The staff is absolutely great, humble and welcoming. We stayed at the property for several nights. We were first welcomed by ms. Ashley who took care of our checkin. She was too polite and was generous enough to offer us a complimentary upgrade. Thereafter, mr. Ritesh from the front desk was kind enough to handle all our subsequent bookings and check-ins. There’s only so much i can put into words to appreciate his kind nature and hospitality. I have not had a better experience at anywhere in the world than this Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road Hotel, mostly because of the staff. The rooms are also great with nice views of the burj on on side and and the museum of the future on the other. The food at puran dill i absolutely reminds you of home. All in all, i can only say that i’d definitely keep going back and would recommend this place one hundred percent. Once again, thank you for having us.

It was a great decision to book this Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road Hotel since my stay here was awesome. My stay throughout my Dubai trip was fabulous. The location where this Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road Hotel is located is amazing. The view from the balcony was awesome. All magnificent towers are present on this Road, so the location at which the Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road Hotel is located is a prime one. The rooms were extremely clean, the buffet breakfast had variety of food to choose from and the Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road Hotel staff were very polite. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable. I would like to visit this place again the next time I visit Dubai. Also, I would recommend it to my friends too.

Four points by sheraton at sheikh zayed road, dubai fulfills our dreams and we really had amazing, wonderful & life time experience. Being a vegetarian it was also a very good choice. Great Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road Hotel with fantastic view of the main Sheikh Zared Road & Burj Khalifa. We were on the 11th floor with a huge balcony, which made the stay a little more interesting. The facilities & the room in general was average. Expected a bit more. However, the view of the city makes up for a lot of things. Location is the biggest plus here, with a lot of restaurants, cafe's & supermarkets at a walking distance. Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa are a 5 mins drive always. Metro is a 5 mins walk from the Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road Hotel.

One of the best Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road Hotel in dubai. Very centrally located, near to both metro stations. The indian food available in this Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road Hotel was very very tasty. It was even more tastier than many of the big 5-star Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road Hotels in india. And the overall customer service was excellent, top notch! i rate this Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road Hotel 10/10 for everything good overall. Thank you everyone for the best hospitality you provided to me and my family!

I’m staying here for the 20 years i love this Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road Hotel and location and the hospitality. Your staffs are very humble friendly and honest. Mr shubham from housekeeping did an excellent job. The only complain which we have about your Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road Hotel is the bathtub in the bathroom as we are growing old it is becoming difficult for us to climb the tub on and off if you could provide cubical in bathroom it would be convenient for the older people. The rooms and all are very spacious.

Our stay in four points by Sheraton Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road Hotel felt amazing. The room, bathroom, kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It is also situated in the heart of Dubai, near Burj Khalifa. There is also an Indian restaurant in the Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road Hotel. The room service was very helpful along with the travel guide. The guy from the travel desk helped us in or stay.
The room was perfect. It was spacious, had a lot of amenities and also had a kitchen well provided.

Superb Stay!! Excellent Property overlooking most popular Sheikh Zyed Road with tall skyscrapers around you. Had our room on 29th Floor with massive balcony and spacious rooms. The kitchen was perfect and the stay was as comfortable as home. There are two Metro stations in walking and dubai mall is in couple of minutes and Future Museum is walking. All supermarkets and pharmacy around. Lots of eateries and fantastic staff of the Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road Hotel makes it memorable. Loved it 💕👆❤

It was a wonderful experience. The location is so convenient, and everything is nearby. Enjoyed eating at the 43rd floor lounge with an awesome view and the delicious food at Purani Dili. Really enjoyed mouth-watering pastries, croissant with great hospitality at the Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road Hotel French Bakery. Overall 4 nights / 5 days experience .... Amazing ❤️ special thx to Ms. Lika - warm greeting n added delight factor and upgraded the room.

1. The property is excellent and very conveniently located for business as well as metro link to mall of emirates, dubai mall, expo etc. 2. Staff are very helpful and courteous. 3. I would particularly like to mention abdul in house keeping who noticed that i had drunk all the water in the room on the evening of my arrival, so he doubled the number from the next day 4. Gym is excellent 5. Only downside. No south indian food or nearby south indian resturant

We had travel-led as a family of 5 with 2 senior citizens who needed indian food as they were traveling outside india for the first time. But the Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road Hotel and staff made the whole stay very comfortable. The food was a welcome surprise. The senior citizens had good indian vegetarian option in all the meals which was very helpful. Also the staff could converse in hindi which made them very comfortable

One of my best stay at dubai. The Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road Hotel is very centrally located with every place close by including the metro. Rooms are good clean and very comfortable with all essential amenities. The staff is very polite helpful. The lady at the reception obliged me with an early check in as well and every staff made sure my stay was comfortable. I would highly recommend this property.

The stay was perfect. And the rooftop is out of the world: we wouldn’t want to leave the skies to come down. Sheraton standards! would keep going back again and again.

Everything is amazing about this property it’s location, staff behaviour, food etc. Special mention for chef blu and his team of chef shone and chef chandra they have taken special care of my wife in providing no onion and no garlic food everyday outside their routine menu. House keeping staff suraj also did commendable job in keeping our room absolutely neat and clean.

Food and service was fantastic, Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road Hotel has no lobby, rooms was too plain and simple. This is not a Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road Hotel for family, it's more a business trip Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road Hotel.

Nice location food not good enough

The rooms were nice with good views. Location is bang on sheikh zayed road, pretty close to metro stations. Definitely will recommend others to consider this option when visiting dubai.

Nice place to visit with good people and beautiful architecture.

The best thing was, the manager gave us a super early check-in and a late check-out too which really helped us plan our other things on time. They were cooperative and the rooms were good, spacious and large. We had a one night stay, next time will definitely stay for longer.

Rooms were clean but buffet options were not that much.

The location of the Hotel was just perfect, the cleanliness was superb and the staff was quite hospitable. Special mention for chef Shane, for the amazing breakfast spread.

This was my 4th time and it is simply brilliant, every thing feels still the same, they have maintained their quality, place and food is excellent! i hope they stick to their standards and i will always keep going back!
