Hyatt Place Dubai Wasl District

Overall we(family of 3)liked the stay in hyatt. Right from the beginning all processes were smooth even though not much help with luggages during checkin. We especially liked the housekeeping service, they were very prompt in their service and addressing our concerns. Good location near by metro but bit far from some attractions if you use taxi. Expect occasional traffic during peak time. If you are planning to use only taxi for your sightseeing it is better to take Hyatt Place Dubai Wasl District in a more convenient location. We tried only morning buffet breakfast here. It was pretty decent with a variety of options. For indians just expect 2 or 3 indian items.

Very good location for the Hyatt Place Dubai Wasl District in a commercial area, the Al-Ghurair Center is walking distance. The area has many eateries and also a metro station at walking distance. Everything about the Hyatt Place Dubai Wasl District itself was good. Hi Ebhad booked 2 rooms and they clubbed it to give us the apartments and these were very spacious and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Only sore point was their insistence on instant payment for any room service (maybe that's how it is in Dubai) and the other one was that they declined to give Hyatt points for stay as this was booked through agent (MMT).

Hi, i just came from dubai and stayed at this property for 6 nights in suite which having 2 rooms, 1 1 inbuilt sofa bed with good kitchen having all amenities which we want on day to day basis. For family with kids i strongly recommend this property room because you will not get better rates of 2 rooms suite specially in good location. All the major and smaller things is in walking distance. Trust me only they have to work out on breakfast buffet which is veer less choice and every day is almost the same. Rest this property is good in terms of location, cost and nearest utilities.

Location is good, it's peaceful yet just half an hour away from Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa, Metro station Union that comes in red line of Metro is just 5 minutes walk away, very convenient as most of they must-see places are on the red line. Also, just 15-20meters from airport so you can take taxi to airport instead of metro which is easy on your purse. Only suggestion is to include more and better Indian food for breakfast. Otherwise, a great stay must say!

The Hyatt Place Dubai Wasl District was not that outstanding, decent room size. But very limited vegetarian food options, also the rooms were allotted on different floors since we had two rooms. Sometimes the housekeeping services were poor. We had to remind the Hyatt Place Dubai Wasl District staff many times. Overall the stay was ok. But there was very much scope of improvement in Hyatt Place Dubai Wasl District services.

Location is good. Hotel is very beautiful to look at, ambiance is absolutely terrific. Staff were very polite and helpful. Room was very nice and bathroom was clean. The spread of buffet breakfast was fantastic. Will prefer to stay in the same Hyatt Place Dubai Wasl District once again. Value for money and overall a very pleasant experience. Team Hayatt you are doing a fantastic job! Keep it up.

The staff took utmost care about the covid sop, all visitors r compelled to wear masks in d lobby. There were sanitizers installed everywhere. N the food hall was also very safe

We had a very good experience at the Hyatt Place Dubai Wasl District. Staff was very efficient and hospitable. Good breakfast buffet spread. It is close to the metro station, and connects very well to the rest of the city and sightseeing places. Room service was very prompt. Would definitely recommend this Hyatt Place Dubai Wasl District.

Everything is fine only problem I face they charged for breakfast if you want the same in yours room. This is very surprising as we already paid for breakfast at the time of booking. Front desk staff told me include breakfast is only at common area. And if I want breakfast in my room that will be chargeable. Silly I feel….. Rest all ok

We really enjoyed our stay, rooms are neat and modern. Lot of shops nearby. Mall, cinemas, supermarket, pharmacy all are very near.
Hotel was modern and big tv with you tube, rooms are good. And maintained daily. Bath was good. Breakfast buffet was limited and gets easily crowded after 9:30. Near to lot of shops

it was a wonderful stay. food was really nice and staff was very good. checkin was immediate without any delay good connectivity to metro and Indian vegetarian restaurant also very near by😊. room was spacious though no view but Hyatt Place Dubai Wasl District location was very good. that will be all.

Excellent room and arrangement. Kids bed was kept ready upfront. Breakfast was excellent with lot of variety of indian cuisine. Only one improvement, their was no shower arrangement, bathtub was supposed to be used for taking bath which is very risky and not suitable. Rest all ok

It was a wonderful stay, from rooms till breakfast everyting was fantastic. Room service rendered by prasath floor supervisor biswajith and ganesh rai room attendant is commendable. They were always ready to serve. Thanks to these supporting staffs. Location was also suitable.

My wife and i enjoyed our stay at hyatt place. The location is decent and close to union st. There is al ghurair close by for all shopping needs. The Hyatt Place Dubai Wasl District upgraded our room too as it was available. Wonderful time!

This location is the best. The metro Station is CLOSEBY. The Hyatt Place Dubai Wasl District is clean. Also very reasonably priced. Had a good time.
