I stayed here from 16th-24th march 2024. I paid around 13k/day (including city tax) for 2 bedroom suite with breakfast so my review is based on this price. At this price this was an absolute steal deal. Here is my detailed review. Rooms: there are two types of rooms in this Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights Hotel Suites And Apartments. Apartments and suits. Apartments have kitchen but are old with dated interiors. Suits don't have kitchen but are nicely furnished with modern interiors. My 2 bedroom suite was very spacious with living room and 2 balconies. Location: it is located on sheikh zayed road so taxis are available easily. Metro station is right next to Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights Hotel Suites And Apartments itself so travel-ling around dubai becomes easy. Location is great. Food: we only had breakfast at the Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights Hotel Suites And Apartments. They had a decent spread at the breakfast with mainly international options. Only one indian sabzi was available with plain parathas so if you want more indian items at breakfast, you will be disappointed.

The Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights Hotel Suites And Apartments's location is prime which i already knew & hence booked it. The rooms are good spacious (stayed in the two-bedroom suite. Amenities are good, food is good. (though you won't find any indian cuisine at the buffet breakfast. But, tube reason i have rated this 3. 5 is because of their hospitality & service. Very very poor service so to say the least. It's very slow, whatever the heck you ask for whether it's tea & coffee sachets or towels or soaps, they need a bare minimum of 30 minutes! on one occasion upon asking them for extra tea, milk sachets they even said no to it by saying that "you have got enough already in the room on check-in" i mean how ridiculous is this! never ever heard something like this even from a 3-star before! very poor hospitality really and they would need some heck of a work to raise their return visitors %age. Would never ever return here because of the service and response time.

We had booked a bhk suite from 28th septa to 2nd oct 2023. Here is my take on the overall experience. Pros: rooms are spacious and comfortable. The view from the room was spectacular. Good spread of breakfast. Cons: service is way below par. Whatever you ask them to get will take you multiple calls and even visits to the reception and in some cases you will still not get. I called for a bottle opener and everytime i called the room service, they said we will send in 5 mins which was not the case. Staff isnt proactive in providing good and quick service. Ps: since i had paid the security deposit through my card, i was asked to pay 25 aed extra if i wanted the 500 aed cash instantly else you will have to wait for more than a month to get the amount credited. This wasnt told to me while i was paying for the security deposit of 500 aed, else would have paid by cash. My advice to everyone is to pay the security deposit by cash to avoid the hassles

Reception stuff is very friendly and helpful. Always ready to help and solve the problems. Especially the man who made us check in and the ladies nargiza and alsu. The cleaning services is perfect. Every time the room neat and clean. The housekeeping stuff are kind, polite, friendly and responsible. Thank you for basam, parvin, amid, shafras, masiur, faisal and ahmad. Nothing comes close to the grandiose rooms, interiors, views, cleanliness, comfort, hospitality, food and service in comparison to any other Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights Hotel Suites And Apartments i have stayed in dubai. I have travel-led to 23 countries. This place is one of my favourites and the best in dubai for me great thanks to iba at the front office, i came back here because of her. Had stayed in september. Recent stay was excellent, I’ve been here so many times for work but I don’t look for facilities they provide. But this time I was with my friends for small vacation, and I have to say the services and facilities they provide is exceptional, even my both friends loved the place. Not to forget, it was again Mr Rifadh such an amazing person and helpful behavior, the way he explained about the room features and the room he provided it was just unforgettable experience for me and for my friends. I had book a suite, since i wanted to cook, i wanted a Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights Hotel Suites And Apartments apartment. They changed to Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights Hotel Suites And Apartments apartment, i had to pay the difference thou, it was done fast. The rooms were spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff was great, but would like them to keep coffee sachets, sugar, tea, milk sachets, when ever they come to clean the room. I had to call housekeeping desk every time for these things which i felt little annoying. Overall i would say. My stay there was excellent. Metro is very close by, taxi are easily available, the location is excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

Went for family vacation with my family - spouse and 2 kids - had booked a one bedroom suite. Neat, hygienic room, good air and light. Nice view too. Housekeeping did a good job of sending requested items in a short span of time and also with keeping the beds and room tidy everyday. Very convenient location - next to metro and zoom supermarket (there is a small supermarket inside the Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights Hotel Suites And Apartments premise too, helped us a lot! staff is very friendly and courteous. Getting a taxi also was never difficult. In close proximity to dubai marina, jbr, mall of emirates. Thanks to mercure for making our stay pleasurable and memorable.

Stayed there for 2 nights and the deluxe one bed room suite was very large with all sorts of amenities. The view from the balcony of the entire dubai skyline was amazing, all the Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights Hotel Suites And Apartments staff were very cordial and breakfast spread was too good. The check out takes 15-20 minutes which i felt was bit longer, however considering the 1000+ rooms they had, it is natural. Since they cater to so many people, it is good to ask for any amenities well before time. Above all, the metro connectivity is just superb. Loved the stay and would love to stay again.

The location is superb as metro station is just outside the back gate entrance. From the room you can see the magnificent skyline of dubai & also the ever buzzing shaikh zayed road. We did not opt for breakfast during our stay. We stayed at the 2 bedroom suite - very clean & modern room with bathtub & all amenities. The suite had a proper living room with a descent dining area. The housekeeping staff was good & did a good job. The front desk staff was polite & ensured a smooth checkin-checkout process. Overall a very comfortable & nice stay. A must recommend for family & small group.

I stayed with my family in a 2 bedroom suite and it was an amazing experience. The Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights Hotel Suites And Apartments was located in the prime area and the metro was minutes away. I got my room in 28 floor and i had an amazing view. Breakfast had a wide spread and all the staffs were super friendly. Room service was amazing and they did a perfect job everyday. I would suggest 100% to stay at mercure. The only issue i had, no microwave oven in my suite and basic plates/cutleries were chargeable.

It was nice experience and wonderful stay with affordable prices. I was offered for cribs for my infant at the desk with free of cost. The food was delicious and the pool was with vast storage space and looks tidy.

Exactly stay super con fortunately

Big sized rooms with all the necessary amenities and right next to the metro. The housekeeping staff was wonderful and catered to all needs. Only slight disappointment was that we reached at 12:30pm and requested for a 30 min early check-in, to which we were told that we have to pay aed150 extra or wait. But otherwise nothing to really complain about in terms of stay.

Stay was nice rooms were clean at front office there is a guy named mustafa who is very rude he manipulates guests to stay in appartment when guests have booked suites giving the reason that he is giving free upgrade. While in reality suites are new and much more good. Don't fall in his trap

You need to get your own drinking water if u need more than a bottle per day

This Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights Hotel Suites And Apartments has everything you need to live in dubai. There is a 24 hour supermarket, you get a pharmacy in a ground floor as well as salon. There is a restaurant on the 8th floor alongside a pool which is good. The rooms are absolutely stunning.
