Premier inn dubai investments park

Our stay at premier inn was alright. It wasn't amazing but it was good. Our room no. Was 422 and we stayed here 9 nights. Before going ahead, i would love to thank sheetal because she was a wonderful bright person to meet at the reception. The check-in was quick and fun thanks to her. She also let us check-out late because our flight was at night and we're so grateful to her for that. I would love to thank sitar-am from housekeeping as well. He was kind, friendly and very sweet. We would bump into him almost every morning while going out for the day and he'd always ask us if we needed our room cleaned or if we needed extra water or anything else. Lastly, we'd love to thank bassem. He was funny and jolly and also helped us with our luggage. He made our check-out seamless as well. A few things i didn't like about premier inn that made me almost give it an average rating are: 1) we weren’t helped with our luggage on the first day. Nobody even asked us if needed help especially since we looked exhausted after travelling. This was a little disappointing. 2) on our first day here, it took the reception almost an hour to give us an iron box. We had to keep calling and because of this, we took more time to get ready and got pretty late. One of the receptionists literally told us how someone knocked on the door and kept the iron box outside but we didn't hear anyone knock and there was no iron box outside the door either. I don’t know why this person lied. They literally were making up things to cover up for the delay. It was frustrating and was a pretty bad first impression too. After this, we couldn't trust the Premier inn dubai investments park to be quick with anything. 3) the flush in the toilet has two buttons and the lower button was not working properly. It would get pressed in and stuck resulting in waste of water. The hand shower also was slightly broken which made using it uncomfortable. Also, the shower controls are a little confusing to understand and it would be nice to have someone either tell you how to use it or have a small instructions note pasted on the wall or something because it can take someone a long time to understand the controls well. 4) the bed was too small. I can’t imagine two tall or large-sized adults being able to sleep comfortably in it because it was pretty small for us and we’re pretty average-sized adults. 5) more electric sockets could’ve been there in the room. There weren’t enough. There were usb sockets next to our bed and we couldn’t charge the iphone with it. Make sure you guys carry a converter/adapter as well. We wouldn’t have been able to use quite a few things had we not carried it. 6) the room can also get pretty cold during winters and no matter how much you increase the temperature, it’s just cold because the wind blows in through the tiny spaces in the windows. This is something we discovered on our last day in the Premier inn dubai investments park after being confused for almost ten days wondering why it’s always cold in the room when we keep the ac switched off all the time. The curtains don’t help either because our windows were always covered and it was still cold. Maybe the Premier inn dubai investments park can work on this or give the option of a heater. 7) there was a little damage at the foot of the bed, it looked like someone had a bad fight and might have kicked or punched into it leaving a big hole. I don't know why this was not repaired. Apart from that, our stay was good. It could’ve been better. The rooms were clean. The room is pretty big as well and we never felt like there wasn’t enough space. The Premier inn dubai investments park is also very close to the metro, just a few minutes walk away and that was amazing. There’s also a 24/7 grocery store nearby which made things so easy. Our stay here was good but it could’ve been better. Thanks premier inn!

We family of 4 stayed for 1 night and really appreciate the way the early check in and late check out support was provided. Rooms are pretty clean and nice to see separate bed for kids in family room. Water bottles provided free of cost. Breakfast is value add. For food and drinks the restaurant is super equipped. Kids play area and swimming pool makes it even better to spend quality time with family. We will highly recommend this property. Thanks !

we stayed in a Premier inn dubai investments park for a week and everyday we've got brilliant service from the staff and their are different variety of breakfast everyday which is quiet impressive taste was good, hygienic and ambiance was good altogether. the Premier inn dubai investments park is quiet far from the other emirates cities but has good connectivity through metro station

Staying in this Premier inn dubai investments park was confortable and price is very reasonable, i liked the cleanness and quitness of the Premier inn dubai investments park, the rooms are also good and very clean, and most of the receptionist are polite and gives you good service with smile, all in all i liked the Premier inn dubai investments park, thanks

It is a standard premium inn Premier inn dubai investments park that offers services one would expect from a premium inn Premier inn dubai investments park stay. It is located close to the metro that makes it convenient to stay connecting with the rest of dubai. It is bit outside away from dubai center that means the commute is very long!

Premier inn isn’t a swanky Premier inn dubai investments park, but the feeling of feeling at home was very much there. Especially the breakfasts outdoor and the evenings. Staff is really friendly and helpful and very efficient. Few surprises were there, but all manageable. Overall a nice place to stay unless you are expecting super luxury

Clean little room amazing breakfast spread bathroom was really nice comfortable beds - need thin pillow options in house dining was superb - we tried both nuevo and mr. Toads. Did not avail the shuttle facility during stay overall we made a good choice. Thanks to the Premier inn dubai investments park staff.

Experience was very good. Staff were friendly we felt like we were heartily welcome. Room was good there was coffee too and guess what with milk! i will visit again next month. Thanks to premier inn over all staff especially the staffs who keep the inn neat n clean.

It was very good & comfortable stay at premier-inn dip. Location was good & convenient to reach. The breakfast was very good & have plenty of options available. The Premier inn dubai investments park staff was polite n helpful overall a very good stay.

Hotel location is very good. It is very suitable for business purpose and also transportation is very suitable and easily found foods.
