This hotel is my favorite the staff are very hospitable unlike the disconnected behaviour in most hotels. Rooms are spacious gym is nice food is pretty good and bang in the heart of the city every thing is max 30 mins away. Hyper markets pharmacy and metro station is at 5 min walking distance so i would give it a 5 star rating

The hotel is mainly good for the location, walkable from metro, near to dubai mall. Very nice location on downtown. But experience wise it was not upto the mark, our room bathtub drain broke, when we informed them it wasn't even fixed, they said not to use the bathtub. Also room service is poor and mostly they won't show up. The reception staffs were nice though.

Great location. Local cabs available right outside the lobby and uber shows up in a couple of minutes too. Views of the burj khalifa from the rooms. Service was clean and prompt. Breakfast options not the greatest but a workable spread. They put up a couple of indian breakfast items, in case you are particular.

I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The breathtaking views from my room were a highlight, and the accommodations were spacious and immaculate. Its prime location made getting around easy, with metro stations and popular tourist attractions just a short walk away. The hospitality was exceptional, with attentive staff and delicious dining options. Overall, this hotel is a gem, and i highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area!

I recently stayed at this hotel for six nights, and it was an amazing experience. The hospitality at the front desk was exceptional, and the location couldn't have been better. The breakfast was good, and i appreciated that they offered meals for infants. However, the indian food could use a bit of improvement. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. The view of the burj khalifa from our upgraded room was absolutely breathtaking. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting dubai.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. "the rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. "we also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. The property is located very near to the metro station. Museum of the future and dubai mall are just one station apart. Though we get very limited variety of indian food items in breakfast buffet but it’s manageable.

Place is very nicely maintained and very convenient to travel in metro as it's very nearby. Room checkin took a lot of time for us due to non smoking requirements so be prepared for it

Front desk staffs is a racist bunch (against asian skin) and non cooperative in any request coming from indians! in other words lacks hospitality for anything like enquiries on bus shuttle service, room change requests (where the receptionist lady don’t remember name, even lied saying it only possible through upgrade; i agreed even for that but after 5 times follow-up in 7 days of stay, every single person from the front desk was all non cooperative. I know she lied because her colleagues later had confirmed that no upgrade will be needed for the type of room i’m requesting for. Rest of the hotel staffs and services are good.

Carlton is a great hotel centrally located in the heart of the city with multiple restaurants close by. They have great restaurants with multiple cuisine options in the hotel. The rooms are very spacious and great views.

Had a great time at carlton downtown, difc. Stayed there for 3 days. Extremely nearby to dubai mall and the downtown metro station. Direct accessibility from the airport.
