It is nice clean hotel. Make you feel welcome. We got early checkin. Rooms are basic but very functional. Breakfast spread was good. Lobby is beautiful. Wuite accessible to metro statiion

There was no cleaning during my stay and only 1 liter water bottle served. Not able to get enough feel that i am staying in good hotel.

I found this hotel online. I stayed because i liked the style of the hotel. The room is clean and tidy. The ornaments are not quite perfect. It's more convenient if you add a kettle and coffee.

It was a very nice experience. Very good hotel, people at the reception were exceptionally friendly, as all the staff. In terms of cleaning it's absolutely pristine, one of the best in dubai in quality/ price. Hopefully i will comeback again.

Reception staff are rude they always do the miscommunication with customers. They allow the celebrate a party and later they denied it

It's all style and no substance. No cupboards in the room, no access to hdmi port on the tv and unnecessary need to have me sign an indemnity to get food delivered. Weird

Everything is great the facilities are nice, the staffs especially the front desk department are very friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping team never fails us to ask if we needed a room cleaning and giving us our requests. Thank you so much for sure will never be the last going here.

The service and cleanliness is top notch. Had a wonderful stay. There is a shuttle service to metro during day hours as well. The room service and restaurant is wonderful as well. The reception and staff are very friendly and helpful. Had an incredible time. If anything, the hotel is slightly away from major landmarks in city and the room doesn't have a proper work desk/chair which was a minus for me
