The stay at holiday inn was good. The housekeeping and the breakfast spread was nice as well. The hotel location is bit far from city centre but its managable.

I emailed 10x asking to change my dates or get a refund and i was just ignored i didn’t stay on these days and you basically stole my money because i had emailed over and over trying to change dates ! you are thieves

Location is excellent. Rooms are clean. The breakfast was ok. Could do with more coffee machines and staff could restock food and cutlery quicker

My room is 115 and it was average carpet was dirty washroom looks very old no view from my room they provide a television that was very old and couldn't connect to internet but the price for these facility it was too high i won't recommend this hotel in internet city to any one of me it's average

I i have been staying in this hotel for the last 15-20 days, the location of the hotel, the staff, the food, the rooms here are very good, i am enjoying my stay very much. This hotel made my trip to dubai even more memorable.

This hotel is located in the very center of dubai in a very good environment. I have been staying in holiday inn for the last 15-20 days. Every single thing of this hotel like food staff, rooms is very awesome. The most special thing is that it is built in a very good location with very peaceful surroundings. I have been living in a very peaceful environment for the last 15-20 days and am enjoying my stay.

Hotel was good and easy access to lot of places and the beach too, easy connectivity to the city and they have free shuttle running to beach and mall.

It was good stay! the morning buffets were really good, the staff was courteous and prompt. The only thing missing was a swimming pool(or a bath tub!

The air conditioning was making a lot of sound and i was unable to sleep. Bad experience. I would not recommend this even though the price is cheap.

Great value for money. Hotel is clean, underground parking and breakfast is very good. Location was also excellent for what we required. For the price we paid, this is an excellent short stopover
