Water leakage, not good service and reply, hot water issue. Lots of issues. It's very bad experience.

First i am frustrated by this bcos i was checked in at the middle of the night and i was forced to change multiple times due to the room issue. The washroom was not cleaned well and tier was a foul smell in the room( second room. Wifi was not working in the first room.

It is a good family hotel. It was nice experience. Staff is very punctual and attendant. I recommended this hotel as a short stay.

Everything is good but the only issue is, they dont have a toothpaste and toothbrush ready in the room. Need to request first before they will give. But the front desk staff was friendly.

The hotel infrastructure and facilities are good but the behaviour of some of the staff members is not up to the mark. They keep you waiting for a long time for 2-3 hours during check-in. Although they compensated by extending the check out timing but if there are activities planned on the same day then you will feel that your day is wasted. The staff especially at the restaurant is rude and doesn't allow anyone to take some water or even come back if someone just goes to the toilet outside. The room service is also not up to mark and when asked to come after some time on day as we were about to leave, they never came back to make up the room. Even after several calls to the reception they will not provide even water to the room, which at first we thought might be expensive in dubai but you can easily get 9 litres of water for 5 dirhams from a store just behind the hotel. These small details are what ruins the stay at this hotel otherwise it is a good hotel

LANDMARKS SUMMIT HOTEL is a good hotel, I like it because is closed to metro station and etc.. , our 2 days stay in this hotel was really most appreciated. I like the room cleaning service, and behavior of this staff friendly and helpful to every guest. Mr. Aamin a Housekeeping attendant . I wish you all the BEST and KEEP IT EVERYONE. ♥️
